Today, I was talking with an agent over the phone, and he gave me the feeling that he was the boss. I was calling because of a technical issue.

I wish I could put minus star for their call representative, they r the worst with their behavior with everything, I never ever had this much of worst customers service experience anywhere in this USA I sware to god.

Maryland Health was excellent. I'm still having problems that my plan is still active I need it close out immediately.
