Do not be fooled by the 4 stars! I've been here a few times and I'm always disappointed with the work. The prices are extremely high for the little effort that's put in. The place is not clean I did not see her grab new tools.

Don’t go here!! This place is terrible. The customer service is terrible. The woman working there doesn’t have any idea with the payment method. I walked into the store, I saw her and told her I wanted Extensions and the extensions painted (fyi I didn’t know they called them full sets) I called her twice before too and asked her the same thing and she said $15 I was surprised cause it was the lowest price out of all places and I am trying to save up for my collage. I sat down and she said pay first so I did and then she proceeded to just paint my nails so I got confused and made sure she knew and she stared screaming at me and then changed the price up and started arguing with me so I told her I’m fine just give me a refund and she said I don’t know how to do that so I will give you gift card. I am not planning to come back to this store so I didn’t want a gift card. She started arguing with me and my mom and I told her I’ll take the gift card and comeback later after she figures it out and she said “No idk how to do it and I won’t learn, don’t give me suggestions” and proceeded to argue with us. We just took the gift card and left and it was a waste of time and money cause I do now plan on coming back. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do please tell me cause I don’t like to waste my money.

Did a poor job with a simple manicure. My mom and I were the only ones there, she did a gel removal and I asked for a simple nude color. She did a simple manicure very poorly and rushed I was very disappointed. She didn’t seem busy or like she had anyone coming in after us, it was slow. The paint was patchy and if you look towards the cuticle you see how badly she layered the polish. The chip in my nail was probably me, but I would have expected better quality nail polish that wouldn’t chip so soon after. Won’t be coming back here.

I admit it, I get regular pedi’s, thanks to my wife’s recommendation! ? Wouldn’t go anywhere but here. Lisa is amazing. Professional and friendly. She also does nails for my wife, and even altered my suit recently! One stop shopping! Highly recommend!

Just moved to the area and thrilled there is a nail salon a mile from my house. Tried it out and I’m very pleased. Lisa was friendly and did a great job with my nails. I’ll be going back!

Fast, friendly and courteous. My nails look amazing when I leave and continue to look good for a long time. Its clean and they work quickly and are friendly. If I have an.appointment, they are ready at my appointment time, if I walk in they fit me in. I am very happy with Sassy Nails

I went to this place because it's close to my house 3 days after getting my nails done they started to lift and break so I went back to have her correct them. She told me that I didn't let her file my nails the right way...Ummm I'm not the one with the nail certification. She proceed to fix my nails and them told me to go back to where ever I went the time before. I thought she was very unprofessional. She was very insulting and makde me very upset.y angry.it

I will never go anywhere else! Lisa is fantastic and always does an amazing job on my nails, and can usually get me in the same day/ASAP when I call. My gel manicures will last 4 weeks with no chipping. My natural nails have never been this long and strong before I started having Lisa do them. I constantly get compliments on my nails.

I love this place! They warm the lotion in the winter time for your pedicure! My nails always look great and it’s so relaxing. I will not go anywhere else.

I am honestly confused about all of the great reviews associated with this place. I've been getting my nails done consistently for the past year and recently moved to the area and needed to try a new place. They quoted me $30 for a gel manicure over the phone however I was charged $35 upon checkout. I figured oh well, it's $5 what can I do? But honestly it was not worth TEN. My nails have been painted 3 days and are already busted chipping and peeling which has NEVER happened with gel. Not sure which lady I had but her only comment to me the entire time was "wherever you went before put way too many gel coats on." That's it. No hello, goodbye, thank you, nothing. She asked how many coats I usually got and I said 4 and she said that was too many, then proceeded to PUT FOUR on my nails!!! She also swatted my hand because apparently I needed to re-insert my hand twice into the lamp (how was I supposed to automatically know that?) when I asked if she could re-file a single nail because it was jagged, I was greeted with a sigh and an eye roll. I'm not one to be nit-picky about a manicure, but when it's terrible to begin with, then I get attitude, it's hard not to be!
