This store should be closed down by now. The lack of knowledge for products, the operation of the store and so much more from management is ridiculous. It’s always 1 register open for the last 2 years. The price never is correct. The smart coupons are never correct. Just close the store down please it’s an inconvenience to the community.

Popped in for snacks. Yes, they had them, nice prices. However, and I kid you not - there had to have been 20+ people on line by the time I reached it. While I wanted the snacks, I left them. There was ONE cashier, 20+people waiting and an ever-increasing line. Certain areas are treated differently.

This is the worst Family Dollar on this side of town. There are 2 new female managers and they are super rude, no customer service and unprofessional. It’s a couple of fairly new employees that is just as bad as those 2 managers ( especially the females with dreads). It’s never stocked anymore and everything is all over the place. They need to have some undercovers come in for a week and see the problem. They should be fired like yesterday. I won’t be going back to this ghetto store unless I really have too.

Family Dollar on Allentown Road. The girl with dreads was VERY Disrespectful! Customer Service was AWFUL. More important 4 HER 2 move the line than 2 bag up stuff I brought. SHE needs 2 be FIRED.

Tonight 12/14 my bank card was stolen by the employes of your family dollar. All within 10 minutes from me dropping it. They used $400 inside the store & sent money to their cash app accounts. One lady with dreadlocks that was on the register when I went back in the store was very rude when I asked about my card. They made 6 separate transactions with my card.. ALL WITHIN 10 MINS‼Police were called to the store. They refused to pull the cameras. I will be contacting my lawyer and then cooperate in the morning. I am disgusted & these 3 employees need to be fired immediately!!
