Watch out at this place. For some strange reason I just got charged close to 50% sales tax on some snacks. Subtotal was $16 total ended up at $23. If I'd kept the receipt I'd post it. I think the IRS needs to audit them. They're definitely pocketing taxes.

Cashier was insufferable. Wouldn’t let me put my rewards in and when I asked if they had 1 dollar scratch offs he snapped back at me like an asshole. Wouldn’t come here again

The guys that work there are always nice to me when I get my morning coffee. People are rating this place like it's supposed to be a 5 star restaurant lol they always got what I need and they get me in and out so I'm not late for work which I appreciate. Never had burnt coffee and always been respectful.

I would give it zero stars if that was a possibility. Most annoyed at that I've purchased $59 of gasoline, and there is a sign stating no public bathrooms. I go to the front and ask for my $59 of gasoline that I just purchased. Oh man oh man if only that was a possibility. The owners of the gas station should separate or differentiate the difference between public bathroom and bathroom for customer use. And I'll bet that the bathroom that is there is not in any immaculate condition. No bathroom SMH

OMG one of the worst experience stopping by this store today. I only asked the cashier if I can use the washroom his answer was like not at all get out! He was super rude and ready to find someone like himself to fight which honestly I don’t have time for it, hopefully he will find someone. I asked his coworker to give me the phone number to the store owner and he refused.

Very sweet guy allowed me to use the “employee” restroom after I was traveling back home to VA for work. I’ve had to make frequent stops due to my job at public gas stations throughout the years and you would be surprised how many male workers blatantly refused me access to restrooms after traveling for hours to find an establishment that was open. I work in the restaurant industry so I understand protocol and not wanting questionable people messing up your properties but there is a time and place to make a judgment. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name (mid 20s Hispanic young male with longish black hair), but if the corporate 7Eleven sees this comment I hope they praise him and use him as an example for all of there locations.

I brought a juice, it was spoiled, bad smell the date says March 27,2024,I took it back talked to the manager,she said she will exchange it this time but if I buy anything out of her store in the future that's bad she will not give me a refund, and if I don't like shopping at her store stop coming to her store, I made a complaint with 7-11 headquarters about the drinks being bad,they said they will check it out but every 7-11 that I go in has the same drink with that date,some of them are good so beware the drink is WATERMELON 23.9 OZ 7-11 BRAND
