My doc could never get ahold of the pharmacy or anyone so I had to get my script somewhere else. The doctor legit called at all times of day for a week and never got a person.

How a major corporation like CVS can’t open their pharmacy on time is beyond me. Their hours begin at 10am. I show up at 10:30 and they’re shuttered. Come back again at 11:15… still shuttered. No one manning the pharmacy and the regular store employees don’t know anything about the pharmacy or when they will open. I mean how does this happen in this age of technology with a company this huge?

The front staff are always amazing. Patient and helpful. Today, I needed my prescription transferred from Los Angeles to this location, not only was the person who was helping in the pharmacy over the phone rude, she was dismissive, and lacked the patience to hear what I was saying before telling me what to do. I understand having bad day, however, huffing and puffing at me while I'm giving you my information is unacceptable.

There are employees, and then there are advocates like Lillia—I hope I'm spelling her name correctly.Since I moved to the Harbor, Lillia has been helpful not only with my CVS shopping but also in recommending restaurants and events in the area. Each time I visit this location, I find myself getting every item I came in for, as well as some items I didn't plan on getting, but with Lillia's help, I found that I needed.She goes out of her way to greet each and every single customer that comes through the door, even when she's in the middle of a task. In these times, it is tough to find someone as hardworking and dedicated as she is. As long as this helpful young lady is here, this CVS location will be my go-to.

The lady in the pharmacy is rude and hangs up if you call anytime after 6:30! I get my medications there and I’m grateful they always have them. That’s the only reason I keep going!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THIS CVS IS INCOMPETENT !!I MOVED OUT OF STATE 4 MONTHS AGO AND CVS CONTINUES TO FILL MY SCRIPTS AND BILL ME---I CANNOT GET THEM TO STOP.

Excellent CVS pharmacy location right in National Harbor. Convenient to all the area retail, businesses, and hotel accommodations. Perfect stop for prescription, over the counter ?⚕️medications, vaccines, beauty and toiletry items, along with seasonal decor and gifts. Also don't sleep on their ??? snacks. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms, and entrances.
