This is the second time I have came into this cricket store and I have gotten nothing but great,outstanding, smiles on my face CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ADALIA. She is soooo helpful with me purchasing not only 1 phone but 2 phones from her and I have nothing but great things to say about her. I had called an hour before hand to make sure they had the device I wanted to switch from T-Mobile. An SE for $0 + the $60 plan & taxes. I spoke to a dude named Warren, I showed up because he promised to waive my activation fee and give me a good price. As soon as I arrived the store was empty (that’s why I picked this location) since it’s always that way. I was constantly harassed me to get accessories. I denied because they’re overpriced. He started to get aggressive when I said I didn’t want them and said I now have to pay $120 because I didn’t want them. He said he won’t waive it because it’s only waived with accessories, which is false. I didn’t bother to argue I left the store and moved on to the next. Mind you he stepped out the store to harass me at my car that he’ll waive the fee now. I ignored it and drove off. Beware of this location they will false advertise to get you to buy and get angry when it doesn’t go their way.

The store is very small, and parking near impossible. There is usually only one person working here, so the wait is normally atrocious. However, the young woman that works here is pretty nice.
