Miss Jackie is absolutely incredible. I had never met any insurance agent that takes the time to explain the policy. Over 20 years paying for insurance and she is the first one that explained the policies. I never understood it before, never thought it was so important. I will be loyal to this company that showed to care about our family, and they from day one showed the customer service I had never seen in over 20 years. Thank you State Farm and Jackie!
