Ok. The lack of follow up has been really disappointing. Prescription never sent to pharmacy, MRI record missing, and zero follow up make for a pretty frustrating experience.

Took my mom for an appointment here and I couldn’t have been more impressed by the entire practice. Dr. Rottmann was so kind and took her time to explain everything to us. She was very thorough. The front desk staff was incredible, efficient, and even came running after us to give us a corrected paper which was above and beyond. We are so happy with our experience and would highly recommend Dr. Rottmann/this group to anyone

Efficient front desk and quite friendly. Short wait to be taken for vitals and such before waiting for doctor. Did wait a long time for the doctor to visit, but she was very relaxed and comforting so disappointment about the wait vanished! Doctor mentioned many details of previous visit that was our first meeting -- suggests strongly that she reviewed my records right before seeing me again. Felt comfortable throughout the interaction with my physician and followup instructions and plans for a future scheduled visit which were provided in writing before I left the office!

I had an excellent experience at my new patient appointment today. This office is outstanding and highly professional. The front desk staff was very pleasant and thorough. I suggest filing out your paperwork online prior to the appointment per their request — it saves a ton of time. My wait to be seen was very minimal. Maxine took my vitals and did my intake and Dr. Eva Hockmann was my physician. Both ladies listened to me and my concerns. I never felt callously corrected or shameful for being afraid of my arthritis. I came in with a recent shoulder injury and the doctor addressed it immediately. I am more familiar with physicians disregarding an issue that I didn’t directly schedule the visit about, but this was thankfully not the case today. They have radiographs and blood draw abilities at this location and they also provide IV or injection treatments as well. All of the staff, including the radiograph technician and phlebotomist were compassionate. My blood draws usually result in multiple sticks; however, today was very simple and painless. I highly recommend this location — you will be very satisfied with your care and future.

Dr. ElTaraboulsi listened intently and asked probing questions in order to fully understand the issue. He thoroughly explained the initial diagnosis and his choice of treatment.

I was impressed by the warmth and efficiency of all the staff and nurses. The office was able to provide all of the services I needed including x-rays and bloodwork. After I met Dr. Potter I saw that it was his genuine friendliness and professional attitude that had infused the entire office. He and the entire office is to be commended for their wonderful service.

Dr. Potter and his staff are fantastic! Dr. Potter is very personable and very knowledgeable. I was please that he didn't rush through checking me. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Potter is such a wonderful Doctor. He used to be my Doctor at the University of Virginia where I used to travel 1 1/2 hours to see him. Since he left about 6 years ago the care was not up to snuff so I now travel 5 hours from the middle of VA to see him! Well worth it!

I'm a returning patient. The entire staff treated me with respect and courtesy. My Dr. listened to my concerns and he offered me several options related to my care. I'm pleased with my visit and looking forward to positive results.

The receptionist was kind, friendly, and accommodating. Additionally Dr. ElTaraboulsi was calm, attentive and thorough. He’d ask follow up questions and though I came for my hands he also took a moment to look at my feet. Everything was done in house as well, and I just felt well taken care of and listened to.Also I want to note- even though I had come late but they still fit me and without making me feel rushed or like a burden.Lastly the office is very aesthetically pleasing and smells nice. Seems recently renovated, and makes me feel like I’m in good hands.Unfortunately I live a bit far from this location so I’m unsure if I’ll stick with it, but i recommend to anyone who’s closer by!

I saw Dr Eltaraboulsi and he was wonderful! He was kind, informative, and calming. I also had no issues with office and staff... clean, efficient, friendly.
