I had an appt scheduled for my son today at 2:20. (Got there at 2) At 3:30- the provider finally came out and told us that she needed to leave and was closing the clinic for the rest of the day. The previous patient she had just ended with old us in the waiting room that the provider said she was hungry and wanted to eat and that is why she cancelled all remaining appts for the day. My son and I sat there for over an hour half - not eating ourselves - to be told the doctor was hungry and needed to leave. When I told the provider this was absurd she told me if my son was that important I could go to the ER. She was incredibly rude and I will never be going back.

My husband and I made appointments for strep tests. We walked in a bit early and checked in. We were seen right away and had our results in minutes. Jeena saw both of us. She was knowledgeable, kind, efficient and helpful. Great experience \\u0026 beat having to go to urgent care. We were in and out with medication in less than 40 minutes.

Set up an appointment a day in advance, and left work early to arrive on time. The man in front of me said his appointment wasn’t showing up, and sure enough, mine didn’t show up either. When I was able to find someone to ask, she said I didn’t have an appointment, and there weren’t any left for the day. I asked how to make an appointment in the system next time to have it actually work, and her response was that I ‘needed to make an appointment.’ Waste of time and resources coming here - I should have taken the time to read the other reviews before falling into the same trap.

Been here since 445 pm. It's almost 7 pm. The "minute" clinic shouldn't take an hour to see someone. When appointment slots are in 15 min intervals.

Never ever go to this place. Stupid Nurse on duty. She doesn’t know her job. She too my blood for cholesterol test. Result didn’t came up she said she need to take blood one more time. Second time she said my blood was cold results didn’t came up. Third time she told me to warm up my hand with hot water in the sink. Took blood again. Results didn’t came up. Finally she said her machine wasn’t working. Go to labcorp and do the test. Now I have to take off another day and do the test again She wasted my day. Hate CVS minute clinic

Scheduled an appointment for my husband to get a vaccine here. When he arrived there were 5 people ahead of him with identical appointment times and no staff available. The line did not move after 20 minutes. Understaffed clinic but still overbooking appointments! Don’t waste your time.

The worse service people. I went in the morning for the second shingles shot. That women gave me so many problems from the moment I stepped in there; she I didn’t have an appointment code (which I did), then she said it hasn’t been two months since my first shot ( I had the first in May), then she said I couldn’t get it because I was too young (I said I was going for my second shot, if I got the first one, why can’t I get the second one?!!). I just walked out because I could see she didn’t want to do it. My husband went in the afternoon, same issues. She ruined my whole day!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!

Justine E. went out of her way to make sure I got my vaccine. There was some confusion and she was patient and actually cared about taking care of me. I am grateful for her willingness to take the time.

We scheduled an appointment for antibody testing. When we arrived there was no one in the minute clinic and when we attempted to speak with the people at the pharmacy desk an unnecessarily rude guy working the desk told us that they don’t do antibody testing. Never using this place again, it was mismanaged and wasted my time.

Made an appointment online as they do NOT take walk-ins, only for an employee of the store to just walk in and see the nurse because of a “medical emergency” (which it was NOT since he was on his phone, walking around and acting like a normal person). Add to it they stated an ambulance was on the way, which was a LIE! Had to wait for an hour for my 5 minute appointment! Do NOT go here! Recommend you go to another clinic that treats you right!

This review is about the Minute Clinic only. I have no problem with the retail store itself. I am sad to report that I will no longer even attempt to use the Minute Clinic. I have tried twice now-and both attempts at being seen were unsuccessful. The first time I walked in, waited and waited and waited by the desk. No employees visible, the place appeared empty. I walked to the pharmacy and asked, they said the staff would be back "shortly." So I then walked back and attempted to log in to the kiosk to make an appt, only to get to the end of the multiple screens and be told "no appts available today." Keep in mind-I still had not seen a single employee anywhere in the clinic. The second time I walked in for Covid testing. A man in a lab coat walked through and said yes, they do testing, just sign in at the Kiosk. As I didnt see (again) any other employees, I did so. Got to the last screen before it informed me "no appts available." I left again, not having seen anyone working at the Minute Clinic, and without any assistance. I will not go back. There are plenty of other local choices that offer better service.

I like Minute Clinic for it’s convenience & in out service & have gone to this location and several others for myself and my family. Today, I was unnecessarily harassed by 3 phone calls & 2 staff members who wouldn’t even let me check in with fears that I could have “symptoms”. I’m not even sure what this was based on. I filled out the covid questionnaire online and was again, asked 3 times of my symptoms !! Asked the same questions - then brought into a separate room (still not checked in to be asked the same questions) I have an EAR ACHE!!I told them they were crazy (which I did apologize for) they were acting crazy & my ear hurts!! I left feeling frustrated that medical professionals aren’t giving the healthy care we deserve. I deserved and still deserve the right to be seen regardless of what symptom I have YOU ARE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS! Do your job and stop harassing your patients.Thank you for you time.

I had an instant Covid test on Friday after being exposed to someone who tested positive. 2 hours later I received a call saying I was negative. 2 days later I get a call from the health department, so I check my results online which say positive. After calling minute Clinic and receiving no help I drove to the testing sight where they told me they made a mistake and I was positive. I exposed my pregnant wife, friends, and general public to Covid 19 due to their gross negligence.

This is a great place, they always have my rxs in stock, and any other ones i need randomly.Have you ever been to pharmacy and they say "we can order that for tomorrow or next monday" and you're like "great, i'll be dead by then. thank you for your help"--that's the opposite of this place. Everything always in stockOther than that, it's 24/7, both the normal store and the pharmacy. it's literally everything you can ask for, and they have over a dozen employees in the pharmacy working nonstop. they're dedicated and great at what they do.

Minute clinic closes at 4 not at 4:30 like it states. What’s the point of posting walk-in times if you’re going to close up early?
