I do not know where to start. I have obtained more than 4 lens prescriptions with them and I have never had any problems with them. This December I went to buy my new glasses at this place, unfortunately I can't say anything good about this experience, the customer service has been terrible, they smile at you at first but then they don't even pay attention to you and ignore you, they waste your time and they don't take good care of you and want to get out of you as quickly as possible.I was shocked to have had this experience because I had always had a good experience at different My Eye Drs, with this specific one, I have been coming here for the last 3 years but after this visit I will never return and it makes me sad because I always like it contribute to Olney's commerce since it seems like a good place to me.The day of my appointment I don't remember the doctor's name, I was informing her that the machine used to choose lenses was dirty, she cleaned it but it wasn't enough, I came back and told her that the lens was dirty and She answered me that when I receive the glasses and I don't see well, I will always have 30 days to return to MyEyeDr and fix them, which I didn't like her answer because this is a waste of time and quality of life since I am a person dependent on my glasses to see.After finishing that exam, I expressed my disagreement to the manager and asked if it was possible to repeat the exam with the other doctor and what he answered was the same as the previous doctor, that I had 30 days to fix it in the case of that they wouldn't fit me well.They made me wait approximately 1 hour to choose the frames and any additions that I wanted to add to my lenses. I was looking at all the frames they had available and I didn't like any of them, that day there were more than 20 people in that place, no one took good care of me and I told them that I was going to go to another MyEyeDr to look for other frames because theirs didn't suit me. I went to other MyEyeDr and yesterday, December 30, I returned just to let them know which frame I was going to choose and give them the reference number. I arrived at 5:29 PM and the door was closed, they were there and opened the door to tell me that they had already closed the system and that for today, they had already closed. Which bothered me a lot because Google showed that they were open until 6:00 PM. They told me to go the next day to other MyEyeDrs because they were not going to open until next week.This bothered me a lot because I had to go to their competitor VisionWorks and they did have hundreds of frames available at better prices, and I was finally able to order my glasses from the VisionWorks company.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this MyEyeDr anymore. It seems to me that it is NOT being well managed and lacks of good customer service.

Be aware: if you come to this company for the MVA vision test required to renew your license, they *require* the additional purchase of the optional retina test (~$50). When I declined the test, the tech insisted that I get it because "it's an MVA requirement". I'm old enough to have renewed my license a few times in my life and I'm well aware it is *NOT*, in fact, a requirement, so I pushed back. He tried several times to convince me that I had to comply but I held firm. When I saw the doctor, I confirmed it is not an MVA requirement but instead a company protocol. This is a VERY important distinction. At the end of my visit, I discovered that the retina test had been added to my bill despite my resistance - once I pointed it out it was removed, but someone who doesn't know better and isn't comfortable pushing back multiple times the way I did would be forced to pay for an optional and unnecessary test. Extremely disappointing business practices.

I would like to acknowledge and thank the team at Myeyedoctor in Olney, Maryland. Service is also A plus. Yesterday I visited - and was greeted by Farah - with a pair of glasses that were bent and needed adjustment. Farah and I discussed risks and options for getting my my issue resolved. So professional and courteous!

I will never go here again. They gave me the wrong prescription and blamed it on their software. I had to return the contacts I ordered, send back my glasses, and reorder my contacts and glasses. I don't live near the area, so this was a big inconvenience, and they did nothing to compensate my time. When I called to ask for my correct prescription to be sent to my email, they sent me the wrong one again. This is negligence. I would not trust them with your eyes. Go somewhere else, save your eyes, and save yourself time.

andrew is such a great help. i came in with my sons glasses that he broke took care of me right away even though my son is not a customer but needed his glasses to see at school that day. Two weeks later i broke mine and he was great and helped me out quickly,

After purchasing several expensive, but nice glasses, and being reassured each time, “Know we are expensive, but we provide great service”, I took in a pair of (also)expensive glasses I had purchased online, to have adjusted, thinking they were my “go to eye guys.” Without attempting to adjust or really do more than be critical of my new glasses and be obviously irritated that I had come in for a complementary adjustment of glasses not purchased there, I left. I next visited another eye clinic nearby and the treatment was helpful and encouraging, and they made the adjustment as requested. I will no longer consider buying glasses at MyEyeDr.

Wife came and got updated contact prescription. The exam was okay, but was not done by the doctor himself like other places. Then the doctor completely messed it up - switching the right eye's prescription update with the left eye's, so we've received the wrong contact lens... Now going back to tract the notes - we noticed that even the notes were wrong! Isn't that malpractice? `Very, very disappointed.

I had the most awesome experience at My Eye Doctor in Olney, Maryland. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was incredibly helpful. They helped check me in and prepared me for seeing the doctor with a couple preliminary tests.Upon meeting Dr. Levy, I immediately felt like I was in the best of care. He is knowledgeable, professional, caring and personable. He explained the results of my eye exam in a way I could easily understand.As a first time contact lens user, I needed practice using my contacts. Yanny was an excellent teacher, showing me how to insert and remove my lenses. She was so patient and kind, as it took me several times to learn the technique. I want to thank the entire team of respectful, friendly and dedicated individuals.Joanna

I’ve gone to this location many times for years. There is always something that happens and goes wrong. This time I called yesterday for an appointment and the person who answered Tony gave me 3 different options for the next day. I was surprised because I didn’t expect an appointment for the next day to be available. I booked the appointment for the next day at 3pm. I never got a confirmation and I mentioned it on the phone but he still assured me I got the appointment. Then I shower up the day of my appointment at 3pm then the person at the desk says there was no appointment made and the next one is available for next week. This is so inconvenient because you take time off from work to come to an appointment that isn’t even scheduled. This has happened before with them. Make sure you confirm multiple time with this office to make sure you aren’t wasting your time.

This location has really improved! The staff are so friendly and helpful in a genuine way. The doctor is thoughtful and knowledgeable, and friendly. They weren't pushy at all and didn't do the hard sell. I definitely recommend this office!
