I was there on November 27th at 11 AM in the morning and the young lady was very unprofessional and dismissive. She doesn't belong in customer service business very sad. I don't recommend this store.

Went to the store this morning and was not bring helped by anyone. I had to drive 30minutes to the Damascus store just to get some help. I don't think I should have to go to a further store for help.

On August 3, 2023 , we decided to go to T Mobile to inquire regarding theirSenior promotion . Judy Ayana asssisted us with collaborations with David . We explained our concerns and patiently set us up with the best options . Absolutely this branch is the best one ever, everyone is patient, friendly and there is teamwork . At the store in Olney I had a superb experience. Curtis helped my sister and me trade in two phones for iPhone 14s. He is knowledgeable, patient, and awesome! I seldom see this kind of courtesy in our fast-paced world!!

I had called about 2 weeks ago. Tried to trade my IPhone 11 and 6 for newer versions. Or at least some type of discount. I got some information only because they guy who seemingly sounded young was very unprofessional and rude. He was more focused on being “dominant” than actually listening to his customers. I really wish more training was offered to these guys because clearly they don’t get paid to give attitudes. He was condescending,raised his voice in an aggressive way and challenged me to show up in person so I can be provoked and eventually asked to leave the store. Too old for that. He didn’t seem transparent or knowledgeable about his craft. He was not only ignorant but rude. Please retrain these guys to be more competent in their labor. They come across as inept and very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. If he’s like that there’s a healthy chnsce the others are similar.

Walked in just to ask a couple of questions about switching to the carrier. The atmosphere was so wonderful I made the switch the same day. The team in the store was upbeat very knowledgeable about the promotions, the devices, and the service. I would and have recommended this location to my family and friends.

Horrible experience. They need new management. The lady was extremely rude to say the least. We went to get new phones and she had no patience. T-Mobile must reevaluate their staff better—especially the team in Olney, MD. If you don’t like your job, then get a new job. It’s that simple. Skip this store.

For many years i used T mobile. but this store is the worst business I have ever been in to my life.The manager, the staff are very rude. They have no manners or public relations. I don't understand how a prestigious company can hire such low class people. I will leave a complaint to headquarters. Don't go there, they will lie to you and scam you.

I would like to give 5 stars to Hazen Batock, T Mobil Seles Rep in the Olney, MD. On 2/15/2023 Hazel helped me with set up up my phone, Galaxy A32 5G. In addition to be very knowledgeable, , Hazel have a talent and for explaining and patience for guiding. He made the process of using the phone features to me so accessible that I love my phone even more. Thank you Hazel. You are exceptional!Marina

For the most part great. My last time there, wasn't happy rep spoke on phone w a friend, but other reps there were strong and attended needs of everyone walking in. Lady wasn't horrible and was quick to do transaction and farewel when I left.All experiences going to this location has been great except for that last one, which wasn't horrible either, and definitely a random occurrence. Still a 5 out of 5 for me based on atmosphere of store.

Went into the store today 1/7 /23, at about 4 pm, despite being on the phone with a T mobile expert, the employees were rude, uncooperative and insulting to not only me but the to the representative who was on the phone with me. The young lady told the rep on the phone " I am not doing this with u today, u are home" and there was a young man making snide comments who then included himself into the conversation to escalate matters at which point the lady put the phone into my tmobile bag and ushered me out of the store refusing to let me talk to the store manager. When I called, I could hear her making snide comments to the young man to which she the put him on the phone to come and " address" me. Now this is something I would have overlooked but their malice, contempt and intentional disrespect is something that should not be tolerated especially among customers.
