Hi! I tried to delete this review shortly after I posted it! It was a quick review to an immediate issue I was in. I called continuously to only be put on hold. It was a Saturday, early afternoon.What I didn’t know at the time, was how incredibly busy the store was. I just wanted to know if my glasses were back for pickup…. I don’t live far and decided to just walk in…When I got there, NO ONE there! First thing I said, “dang, as long as I was on hold you would think this place was packed “. Young lady, later identified as Erica told me they were just extremely busy and only 2 employees were there. 1 in front 1 in back.At first I gave her the side eye, gave her my name and she retrieved the glasses. While she’s adjusting for me. Young lady came from the back talking about how crazy it was just now and how proud she was of the duo, for knocking it out by theirselves. Immediately, I felt like shyt and started to congratulate them on their performance!!!I was pretty sure I deleted the review and replaced it with “THEY DESERVE A RAISE “ .Erica…. I’m sorry for pre judging. Your energy and smile is everything ?? thank you for being you, it helped me remember who I am.

The sweetest and most helpful staff. We were traveling from out of state this weekend. My daughter forgot both her contacts and glasses. The ladies directed us through the process of getting her prescription and a loaner pair of contacts. We do not typically use Americas Best but now are considering when we get back home. Excellent Service with a smile.

The staff at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses in Eastover were beautiful. They were highly professional and extremely helpful. They were patient with me, highly informative and kept a smile on my face throughout my entire visit. If or when, I visit America's Best again, I hope I get the same group of women to help me like I had the last time. Thank you ladies!

Staff was super friendly and nice! While I was in the store, I witnessed them going above and beyond to make sure patients were seen, even at the last minute, and they were very accommodating and nice when I called and said I'd be a few minutes late. They were also great in helping me choose a pair of glasses!

I had no problem with my eye exam I really enjoyed the exam given the fact that COVID is still going on the only thing that bother me was that I did a exam that was free exam with two pairs of glasses for $79.95 that's not what I walked out with both glasses that I picked out the frames was on sale I end up paying almost $300 dollars for just one pair of glasses they don't take government insurance so I was paying out of pocket that really bother me and I still don't understand why I paid so much when the glasses was supposed to be 79.95 with the exam I never paid that much for glasses at any other locations I only purchased one pair of glasses and till this day I'm still bothered by the price I haven't picked up my glasses as of yet but I will look into another location the next time that's the only issue I have was that I didn't get what was advertised free exam with two frames for $79.95 I think you should try other options in eye care if you can or bring in your own frame because what I paid was ridiculous for just one pair of glasses and not two the price I paid for you would have think it was for two but it's not and it doesn't have scratch guard,glare protection or transition on the eyeglasses if you are wondering

Went with my sister to her eye appointment because she really needed glasses because her eyes are constantly strained and needed a new prescription. The receptionist Kim is so rude and unprofessional. They had us waiting for a whole hour from our appointment time because the technician was running late. But they didn’t even communicate with us and let us know, and when I asked the receptionist why weren’t we notified she just said they didn’t know, despite the fact that it’s been an hour. We just walked out and left without even being seen. She had no empathy or emotion. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in an eye glasses place. We wasted our time and money getting down there. Smh

Absolutely the worst eye care facility to go to. Staff is very unprofessional, they care about having conversations amongst one another instead of taking care of their customers. Customer service is natural to have and these people at this location, have no idea what that is.

This location has such wonderful and friendly staff! I am so thankful to have an America’s Best within walking distance and even more so for the team there! I feel confident in continuing to come here for my annual eye exams.

The worst possible customer service, beyond unprofessional staff, and literally NO doctor on site!! I paid for an in-person glasses and contacts appointment to literally be put in a room with a random doctor ON VIDEO CALL!! What the heck? Second, they are so ridiculously slow. The tech was late to work the morning of my appointment which meant I had to wait 1+ hour after my scheduled appointment time just to be seen. It has been 2 weeks and they STILL don’t have my trial pair of contacts. Don’t bother asking them when something will arrive because they’ll just say “I don’t know” and hang up. I just want my contact prescription so I can take it and order from a real eye doctor. My eyes are in so much strain from not having updates contacts and this place is taking it’s slow time doing it’s job. Ugh. I wish I listened to the reviews. Real eye doctors are more expensive but it’s for a reason. Lesson learned.

My appointment today was scheduled for 11:40. I arrived and checked in at 11:30 am, and they sent me back to wait in the waiting section. I sat there an entire hour. During that time one of the front desk receptionists was using slurs in front of my 8-year-old daughter ( it was her eye exam) while walking through the waiting room. I was acknowledged once 30 minutes into waiting by the tech who told me he would "be right with us". I walked out after sitting for exactly an hour because this company or branch in particular does not value our time as a customer. I refuse to give them my money and will not be coming back. I would not reccomend this location to anyone.

Horrible and horrible every time I go need to shut this place down nets flying every inside workers do not treat customers how they supposed to be treated they talk about people behind back workers is not focus I don’t see how any one can let someone exam they eyes with bad customer service them peoples do not do they job cause of career act like they don’t even want to be there they send people going make them schedule appointments they bad period

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. They gave some of the nastiest, most unprofessional employees. I couldn’t even get to my appointment because this girl (I didn’t get her name) was so press to go to lunch that she declined to take me. I would NEVER return to this place & I would advise nobody goes here.

This is the most unprofessional location I have ever been to. I would give them a negative 10 if I could. The girl (I didn’t get her name) was so press to go to lunch that she wouldn’t even take my appointment. I would never come back to this location ever.
