The employees in this location are really really nice and they know their products. They are very informative about everything in there and I love the way they cross sale. They aren't pushy but leave the customer with option that they almost can't refuse? They really use their selling skills!

This store receives a one star. Because I put my order in yesterday. Add about 10 o'clock at night. And today at 225 in the afternoon I get a message that part of my order was canceled, because they did not have something. They could have Reached out to me as a customer to try to keep money in their store instead of losing money. But laziness tends to do that to people Who don't understand business.

Yesterday (9-22-2023) I went to Bath & Body Works with the intent to buy candles. I looked online to see what time they close which online stated 9pm for Friday's. When I arrived at the store at 7:34 pm, the doors were locked and there was an associate putting back products. I looked at the store sign, it also stated they closed at 9pm on Friday's. I was so sad that I had taken the drive for nothing especially after making sure the store would be open. They need to fix their store operating hours to reflect the true hours of operation.

I usually shop at this location because it’s not far from where I live. They don’t normally have everything, but you just have to take your chances. Today however, the door was locked. I know sometimes if they get to capacity they will have shoppers wait. But today, there was an associate at the door and she looked irritated when I tried to open the door. Didn’t say anything, like we will be open soon or anything. Just rolled her eyes and kept putting away products. A simple pause to communicate would have been nice. It was every bit of 95 degrees outside and she didn’t say anything. Things like this make me wanna shop at locations further away or online. I spend a lot of money with this store.

It's a very small store crammed with products and a bad layout which makes it challenging to simply browse, especially when there's a crowd. The store can reach its capacity of shoppers quickly and when that happens, you must wait your turn outside to enter the store, no matter what the weather is like outside. There's a 50-50 chance my favorite products will be in stock. I visit the store mainly to check out new products before buying online.

I have never in my life been yelled at and been as disgusting as a clerk was a clerk at this store. I was missing two products and since I entered the store he was very rude. The truth is that I will never go back to that store and to top it off he told another coworker to take care of her mistake while he went out to smoke. How can they do that to customers?
