They don't have a lot of products in stock. Not sure if the store is over shopped or if it's just that time of year where everyone needs a coat. What they do have in stock is pretty nice. It's basically a hit or miss.

Columbia factory store is a nice store to find close and hats. We went in there to find a hat for my husband that would fit his head because they didn't have any his size at the lid store It's a really nice store and I recommend it to everyone

Only rating this low because of the customer service I received. They closed the dressing room 1hr and 30 minutes before store closing. When I asked and notified them that is was 730p and the store closes at 9pm they just kept saying it’s the store policy.
