My first and last time shopping here. On July 25, 2024, I brought a queen size comfort set for $60. The second week in August, I put it on my bed. The comfort was dry ritten because it had several holes in middle. I did not get a day to enjoy my new comfort so I called the store about it. One of the employees stated that she would have the person who can make a decision on it to call me. That person never called.

It is Wednesday, February the 14th 2024 @ 7:57 pm and linen world is already closed. There were two ladies working there tonight who rushed me out of the store at 7:40 so they could smoke. They told me they were closing in 5 mins. As soon as I left, they went out, smoked for about 5 mins, went back in and closed the store. Their initial greeting made me feel a little uncomfortable. I felt like I was under the microscope. One person said "Can I help you with anything?" I told them I was just looking for the time being. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here. The last time I came, someone kept following me around and asking if I was okay. This is definitely my last visit to this store.

They have EVERYTHING you could want for the house as far as linen. It's not your average store. Plenty of curtains, bedding and rugs for living, dining room and kitchen. They also have pictures, towels and washcloths with unique shower sets. If you are a football lover They even have bedding and bath sets of different teams. I bought window treatments and bath items.

RUNNN!Buyers beware. I never wrote a negative review even after bad experience but today's experience at Linen World was outrageous! I purchased queen bedroom comforter set (bed in a bag)yesterday 2/25/2022. Once I arrived home and placed the sheets on my bed I notice a stain on the sheet sets( how disgusting). So today 2/26/2022 I went to return my items. Upon entering I explained to the cashier (older white male) my concern. He immediately got another worker and said she will take care of you. He hand her the comforter set and she opens it up take the sheets out and get another sheet set off the shelf and try to give it to me (soo many thoughts that ran through my head but i just asked for a refund, like did she really just open the bag with her dirty hands and touch my bedding. She was just stocking shelves, no gloves. Bare hands) . I asked for a refund as I no longer trusted the store or its merchandise. Once I said that the worker(older white women)started to verbally attack me. She called me names, the cashier who seemed to be in charger did nothing to address her disgusting and disrespectful behavior so the worker and myself got into a heated argument. All because I wanted a refund over nasty sheets. Another lady tried to intervene( older black women ) but the disrespect was to far gone for her to help. The cashier asked me to watch my language but never said a thing to his employee. The store is really outdated. Dingy and dirty looking. Run down. Everything looks old. I was unsatisfied with everything. No one should have to endure a verbal attack and have to argue over returning stained sheet, Disgusting. How fast they tried to change my sheets out seems as if they have to do that alot. I was offered a store credit because I couldn't find my receipt in the moment. Then when offered the store credit the cashier tried to scam me. The policy says you have 1 year to use the store credit. He put the one year was up yesterday in efforts to not allow me to use the store credit. I called him out and he tried to play it off and act like it was an error. He fixed it! I will never shop there. I offered my store credit to my grandmother and she said she will get dish cloths to clean the bathroom and spills.I will be reporting this store and the terrible business practices from disrecpt , to trying to scam with phoney store credits. Not worth the headache.

What a hidden gem! This store is PACKED with some of the best looking curtains I have ever seen and at a great price as well! They offer much more than curtains (bath decor as well) and other items you didn't know you needed! The ladies that work in the store are outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you. It's a great shopping experience and one I will return to when I'm ready to update my next room.
