I had an exceptionally good experience at this place. Eric went above and beyond to help me out and I ended up with everything I wanted and more. The prices are already reasonable and when there's a sale it feels like committing robbery. I paid ~$110 for a new wallet, belt, boots (all comfortable, all genuine leather), and a dress shirt.

In my opinion, Perry Ellis is under rated. They have quality stuff at a great price. They have such a great bargain on dress shoes and dress boots for as los as $30. I specially loved the customer service provided by Eric. He was attentive, patient and explained things very well. I’ll definitely return here.

Terrible terrible customer service ... I’d hate to say this cos most people were nice to me and to all my 9 grooms men... except one day I went to return a shirt and one of the ‘manager ‘ came and was very disrespectful and not considerate of what I’ve bought from the store( for all groomsmen) and how much I already spent at the store . She wouldn’t return my item. I’m very disappointed with my experience cos this spoils everything for me. I wouldn’t recommend this customer service person at all (probably the store manager).

Had a really good time shopping here! Devon was my sales associate but I’m not sure if he got credit for the sale since his name wasn’t on my receipt. Spent about $228 there for a suit, pants, shoes, and a pair of socks. I enjoy the options they have for professional menswear and the fit goes well with my build. I’ll be back soon enough. Also, the Perry Ellis store was more organized than Calvin Klein and Van Heusen.
