I went for a inspection. I failed but no one came out to talk to me he just highlighted why it failed. Bottom left corner was low key highlighted also. Come to find out if u fail you have to pay another 30 for him to check and make sure things fixed and if over a 1000 miles from last inspection you have to pay another 100 because he said after that it’s so called expired. Then put the wrong vin on my paper once it passed. So I had to make time to go back and get things straightened out…

I took my car because it turned off they changed several things including the catalytic and in the end the car remained the same.then I asked for what they took from it because it was in good condition and they didn't want to charge more than $ 1,000 dollars and the car was given to me the same or worse it's a dislike of the workshop I never come back.!

DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE!!! Came in for an alignment and they broke a piece on my car. Seems crazy that they want me to pay $320 for something they broke. Made me risk my life driving to my house with a broken piece. Extremely upset at the way they try to resolve problems they caused themselves. Also, they really need to get a new manager with better customer service.

I went there for a safety inspection on a new car 2024, the guy told me I just have to removed the window tint, I told him if he can removed and he said yes. Ones he gave me the car my Window Lift Switch Panel on the driver side was all stain. Spray stains I’m furious I went back and he said he didn’t know what it was but he do. He said it was just windex but windex will not damage a car like he did. That car is new and plus they charged me $50 to take off the tint and leave all the glue on the windows. But he didn’t left glue on the one he messed up the panel so he probably spray it and then find out what he did so that why he didn’t spray on the other side and that’s why it’s glue on it still. I need a manager to contact me I have a camera in my car to show my car wasn’t like that when I got there. I’m so mad and I’ll look into every possible way to get this fix because it’s NOT fair.

I’m not surprised at some of these reviews stating how nasty these people are at this gas station. My son just called to inquire about getting a oil change and the person was very nasty letting him know it was too late which is fine considering there are other places to go for an oil change but why the nasty response to a simple question, I guess some people are pissed that they have a job and take pleasure in being rude to a potential customer. Whoever that person is needs a reminder that the reason they are employed is because of the customers that call inquiring about your services. Work on your misery and learn how to talk to people.

I am new to the area and have come to this shop a few times to get my oil change with providing my own oil and filter never any issues. I like the fact that I can buy my own parts for my repairs and they just install. Most recently they replaced my coolant thermostat and they did a great job. My only complaint is that I provided my own coolant and noticed a few days later that my reserves coolant tank was empty and was not notified at the time that I pick my vehicle back up or was there any recommendation informing me that I needed more coolant for the reserve tank. But that was a quick and easy fix, maybe in the future the machine who is working on a customers vehicle can either inform then or put any recommendations they find or see on the receipt when paying to allow the customer to be aware. Other than that, I enjoy dropping my vehicle off here and believe they are honest and reliable mechanics. Not like some.

I ask the head mechanic about my engine light being on and would they be able to fix it. He had a real nasty attitude and I didn't like the way he was speaking to me. I have been coming to this station for years but I will not be coming to this station anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was at the pump, putting in my rewards number in, and the pump was not taking it. So I went inside and asked the cashier to assist me. He had the worst attitude ever. After I typed in my alternate ID, he looked at me and threw his hands up. I questioned him and asked what’s the matter, and he starts yelling, saying “you need to pay for it”. It was a very disgusting attitude. Terrible customer service.
