somehow one pair of flip-flaps i have purchased was not in my bag when i arrived home . call store and spoke with store manager. She looked at cameras and found that pair and ups to my house . Thank you and happy thanksgiving!!!

Excellent customer service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. Staff are in the store and ready to help you find what you're looking for. We came in to return a pair of shoes that were too small and the manager (I wish I remembered her name) was super helpful in locating another store that had the size we needed. She was able to get them shipped to the store in a week... they called as soon as the arrived. Great experience here!!!

No stars are deserved at this store the manager couldnt do a simple size exchange because a former store employee that purchased the shoe wasnt there. She doesnt live near. I had the receipt and all i just needed a bigger size and was willing to take it in another color. Policy is she couldnt do it with out the employee present but she said she WOULD if i paid the $50 difference??? BYE. I asked her do you do exchanges with out receipts? She said yes! So i said can you do it as if i didnt have a receipt ill even take a cheaper shoe i just need my size. The manager would rather be prideful and not do anything to help the situation. Poor customer service especially driving so far to get to an UGG store because the pop up no longer exists!! Unbelievable!

Very displeased with the customer service. I walked into the store and no one greeted me. As I walked through the store, two sets of employees continue talking amongst theirselves. No one asked if I needed help. I thought it was very rude and horrible customer service. Not to mention, I was wearing Uggs. That should have been an easy sale. I own several pair! I will continue to shop online. Zero stars!

THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, YOU HAVE TO DRIVE UP THERE JUST TO SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED IN STOCK. WONT BE SURPRISED IF THIS STORE CLOSES DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Never again! I stopped by today with a friend and there was a power outage (not their fault), however, as the stores around this store opened up, no one and I mean no one came to the door to let us know when they would reopen. After about 15 minutes of waiting, someone finally came to the door with an estimated time of opening. Hog, but wait there’s more . . . When we got in they didn’t have the boot I wanted (again not their fault). We asked one of the clerks if we could have themOrdered and she said yes, but guess what that’s not the case. The woman behind the register said we’d have to order it online. The lack of communication and disorganization I’m this location was unacceptable and I hope they do better, but until they do, I’ll be patronizing other Ugg locations.

I wanted a pair of slide on shoes. I took the shoe to the front and the lady said “sorry that’s the last size we have”. However, on my way out a customer asked another sales lady about the shoe and all of the sudden they had every size! If you don’t want to work try another place. I had three pair of shoes I wanted and bought none because of this!
