Wow I'm super late with this complaint/rant because I don't go to that location anymore just for the same reasons everybody else has. They are rude, unprofessional and lazy. I go to the Downtown DC locations yep where it's hard to park but guess what I walk in and I'm treated like my lil bit money is sitting in the vault. I even got service from a banker and didn't have a appointment......burn Oxon Hill please.

If there was an option to give a zero star I would for the oxon hill location. I went there on Feb 15 2024 at 3:30 pm about an issue with my savings account . The teller told me I have to talk to a banker. I was the only person there waiting while there were two bankers in the cubicle just talking and shooting the breeze to another. I finally left after waiting 20 min after never being acknowledge . I will be switching banks

Every location has lines if you need services you have to get inside I strongly suggest you look at other banks. They are remodeling their locations to remove teller stations

The security guard was very rude and unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. He should be immediately fired. Never met a rude employee like him. Disgusting behavior. Poor Wells Fargo management and management! Never do business with them again.

Waited in line 30 mins to close my account to be told to get back in line and take my money out and call 1800 number… what a joke

This by far the worst bank you could ever go to. No ATMs work they have one teller working and when I questioned them about I was asked to leave. I asked why have one person was working and was offered to apply for a job. Save yourself the time and don't come here. If I could give less than one star I would

This is one of the worst banks I have ever seen. Always and issue, short staffed just problems everything you go to this branch. Need new management and staff. One teller and the young girl that is suppose to be a teller downright rude and unprofessional. Close it down

Horrible customer service…don’t walk, run to another Wells Fargo…I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over a decade and this location makes me want to close all my accounts and go somewhere else. I don’t think service can get much worse than this, but who knows, I’m sure they will find a way to exceed there horrible level of service!!!!!

Worst wells fargo ever its 42 degrees and windy and they say they open at 9 and close at 12 it’s currently 9:58 am saturday and people have been out here waiting to go inside since they so called open at 9 the drive through bot even available now whoevers on the clock now is getting free hours basically do better

Took me 45 min to get to the clerk window and 15 min for them to give me a cashier check. Slowest Wells Fargo I’ve been.

I was trying to cash a gift check from my uncle who banks with Wells Fargo. They are not doing walk-in teller service at this time and only by appointment. However the signs on the door doesn't mention if non-customers can use the drive up teller. I called while in the long line to be told they only have one teller working after the holiday. Due to poor management they are understaffed at the Oxon Hill branch which is not fair to anyone. Inexcusable to say they just don't have anyone else to work.Please spare the excuses, take time to hire the right candidates that are trainable and equip them for success. You waste our time and company time hiring these people who do not want to work. Thanks to S. Alabama SE branch for assistance turning my inconvenience into a positive today!!

Please hire more staff, or train the staff to process faster transactions. Custumer service lacks a lot too. The worst wells Fargo I’ve been to.

The drive thru is unreal , You could drive to Va. and back before you get help . One poor teller with two lines open , maybe You should see why this bank has 1.9 reviews . Such a sad bank , not the tellers fault . The drive up self service is broke also .
