  Excellent customer service. The work is fast and done with diligence and care. The owner explains all the finite details in a simplified manner and gets the job done right. Honest, transparent and affordable! This type of service is hard to find in America these days. This shop reminds me of the old American way when jobs were done right..thank God for this shop saved my life and my car. Deserves 10 stars 🌟. Highly recommended

  I had the misfortune of bringing my car to this shop to get a simple belt replaced, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. They “fixed” the belt, charged me a hefty fee, and four days later, the belt popped off while I was driving! Not only did this leave me stranded, but it also could have caused serious damage to my engine.
  
  When I went back to address the issue, the so-called “boss” was beyond rude. He didn’t bother getting up from his chair to even talk to me properly. Instead, he barked orders at his staff from across the room like a lazy tyrant, refusing to take any responsibility. He clearly doesn’t do any real work himself and just sits there while his employees scramble around. To make matters worse, his attitude was dismissive and condescending, as if it was my fault the belt they installed failed.
  
  Also let me not to forget to add they withhold the price of the service from you until after there done to try and get the most money out of you.
  
  This place is a joke, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where they know how to actually fix cars and treat customers with respect. I wouldn’t trust these people to fix a bicycle, let alone a car.

  They are over charging people I have been charged for the same product different prices in 2 days $2 one day $1.50 next day $2.63 next day I’m like why am I being charged different prices when I asked the guy said the f word and blew it off I been goin to this gas station for a couple years and I finally realized what they were doin she’ll need to have a secret shopper cause I’m very unhappy about being over charged I work just like every one else if I could give 0 stars I would and to be called out my name is out of conduct

  I was visiting this gas station several times because I live in pikesville also the price before was good when I use my rewards using my fhone number ,but like almost two months the price you see is different I put gasoline like today for sample the price for each gallon said $3.33But when I put gas shows $3.38 also outside was not working for using my card, so I when inside but the guy never paying attention to me because he was in the cell phone talking like 5 times I telling for the problem also how much gas I was needed, today 2/1/23 6:16 am.

  Everyone remember that at 10:20 p.m. on January 12th, I clearly gave the cashier $45 for gas. After he collected the money, he only added $35 for gas. I turned back and questioned him. He just said that I only gave him thirty-five dollars, this is the worst shell gas station I have ever seen, I hope the manager can train the cashier

  This Shell station is normally busy, but the prices are decent. I recommend stopping here to fill up your car.

  She'll has always ran their gas stations professionally and this one is no exception. Everything worked and the Shell rewards card shaved 3 cents per gallon off the fill up.
