Polite and accommodating. Got the job done. Went in for an oil change thinking it was 30 minutes. They were running late and I demanded up needing break pads. So total wait time 3 hours. I do have an extended service plan with this dealership and when checking out they didn't factor that in until I reminded them. So beware of the final invoice if you too have signed up for this plan.

Bought another vehicle from this dealership in June of 2023. I should have walked out. Was lied to about the vehicle and its accessories. Initially was in communication with Pittsville Ford and it seemed they were interested in accommodating me. Now no one, not even the President of Preston, will return my calls. I have shared my recent experience with others and, at least three have decided to shop elsewhere. I want to support Pittsville Ford but it's difficult when no one will communicate.

My car stereo was making a loud crackling sound and some days, the radio would play, and some days it wouldn't. Finally, after a few weeks, it wouldn't play at all, so I had no stereo, no CD player, no clock and no Bluetooth because it is all connected. So Pittsville had me take a diagnostic test to see if I needed a new stereo, although I was sure I did. They took the test and I did need the whole system. Although, I wasn't happy to have to pay for the test, they were prompt at ordering the stereo, and they put it in right away. I also got a two year warranty. The stereo system plays very nicely, and I am very pleased with their service!!

Had a recall on my 2016 F150 for the master brake cylinder got scheduled for a replacement through Pittsville Ford, Dropped it off in the morning and they had it all done within three hours. Great customer service.

Dropped off my truck and the service was done within an hour. I really like that I can schedule the appointment online and send several followup texts to remind me.
