Betsy and her entire team were absolutely amazing. My parents have been at their home for 40 years and although sad knew it was time to move. Betsy helped guide the entire process: helping us figure out what level of renovations to do, networking with the rest of the community, bringing in fantastic contractors and subcontractors. The house looked amazing when I was finished, and best of all we were able to sell it for more than we expected helping my parents achieve the retirement that’s always been just out of their reach. I can’t recommend Betsy and her team enough. One of the best experiences in sales I’ve ever had.

My husband and I needed to move because of our age and health issues. We needed a realtor who understood the need of elderly clients. we met with Betsy and immediately knew that we had found the right agent to help us through the process. Betsy is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kind. She walked us through the process of buying and selling, and helped us every step of the way to expedite the process. We needed a lot of help with renovation of our home to sell. with her help we found the right contractor, lender, landscaper and cleaning service. Betsy was the ultimate professional in handling the very complex sale of our parents' house in MD. She acted as our sole local representation in MD while our entire family was living remotely out-of-state. Before the house could even be sold, Betsy was extremely helpful overseeing a number of repairs on our behalf. More importantly, Betsy's judgement in targeted remodeling updates, staging, marketing and photography/videography ensured that we received multiple offers within the first few days the house was on the market. My fiancée and I got into the market with very moderate expectations for finding our “forever home”. We expressed to Betsy that we wanted to stay in the much-desired Kentlands neighborhood, but had very selective criteria for what we were searching for in terms of size, location, price, and layout. Since we already owned a home in the neighborhood, we were prepared for the process to take months, if not years. Simply put, we were not going to settle on just any home. In a matter of weeks, Betsy found us our “forever home” (a beautiful single-family cottage in the heart of the Kentlands), and then sold our existing residence in a matter of days. There’s no doubt that her knowledge of the market and relationships with other key players (listing agent, lender, etc.) enabled us to get into a home we couldn’t have dreamed of living in when we began the process.

betsy helped us get past the finish line and into our new home in a crazy housing market. we were looking from out of state and she was able to help us with virtual tours until we were interested enough in a house to come in person. she also helped put us in touch with contractors to assist with needed repairs on the new place. we love our new neighborhood and are grateful for betsy’s help.

We cannot recommend Betsy strongly enough! She handled a very complex transaction for us involving multiple lenders, requiring a complex series of negotiations for the sale's legal and financial hurdles. Betsy helped balance everything with all the prospective buyers and ultimately, the final purchasers. Betsy also helped navigate things between the attorneys and lenders to facilitate the sale. The settlement agency was also very impressed with the speed everything was completed with. They specifically said this type of sale usually takes longer.Her support team was also instrumental in helping answer questions and managing the detailed and complex process. Everything from pre-listing work to staging and the final sale.None of this could have happened as smoothly and quickly as it did with any other realtor.Where Betsy really excelled beyond the process and organizational skills, was her people skills. Betsy did a great job helping our family find our first home in Maryland in 2016. When it was time to downsize, we immediately thought of her, and were pleased with her services, including helping us to prepare the house for sale, and to help my mother find a new home in the same neighborhood that would meet all of her needs. The transactions were both efficient and relatively pain-free, which we really appreciated. We loved that she lived in the neighborhood and so new, the ins and outs of all of the floorplans and desirable streets. If we bought another house in the neighborhood, we would definitely use her again.
