Today I went to Giant supermarket and paid with my debit card, withdrawing $20. I accidentally left the money on the automated machine, but the kind lady working there saved it for me and returned it an hour later when I realized. It's such a great place to shop—clean, with great prices, and all the employees are so willing to help. Last December, I dropped my phone in the parking lot, and a cart worker found it for me. I'm really grateful for their honesty and helpfulness!

Hello I would first like to start off saying that I was a previously employed by Gaint for almost 5yrs. I worked at store 362 in Germantown. But my issue is with your employee Edith at self checkout. She doesn't great you with a smile. She just appears to be very disassociated with her work at times. If you have a question for her she will even ignore you. I'm not sure if she has selective service for different customers but I do not feel respected by her. As a previous employee of Giant foods I hope this issue can be addressed immediately. I can also contact corporate if this issue continues. Thank you

Very pricy store that is honestly ripping people off in so many ways. Only go there if you have money to waste. Overcharges insanely for their Giant products in specific too.😡😡

Overall, I have found the shopping experience at Giants to have declined over the years, especially in the meats and produce departments. Add to that, Giant prioritizes shelf space of its brand name products (Nature's Promise) over more desirable national brands, reducing choice and quality. I also can't stand their coupon app; it's difficult to use when it does work. Just make it simple and give me the savings when I type in my phone number at check out.

Don't shop here if you like natural foods or have a special diet or any food intolerance. Example, my husband just went out to get hot dog buns because I forgot them. Clearly, all my fault??
He came home with brioche buns which contained dairy and mono and diglycergrides random "natural flavors", concentrated butter and 6 grams of sugar. We both just stared at them like, we don't eat this.
This location is great for non-food items like toothpaste.
If you shop organic or non-gmo, lactose, gluten-free, paleo, or vegan, just keep driving. The amount of time you spend looking for a single item is the same amount of time it takes to go to another store that regularly stocks it. This location may not have enough cashiers either. The final time I went here, I had to put the food back because they had 1 person working, and self-checkout was closed.
They simply need to do better.
Uodate: I called the customer service number the next day. I haven't back since. Today is 5/16/24

I found magenta carnations that were in great shape, and Jan (the florist) was kind enough to wrap them for me. She added matching ribbon, and we ended up with two beautiful bouquets for a dance recital we are attending. Thanks, Jan!!!
