Horrible customer service from lady making food said ignorant comments to me and long wait time

Tried to get change to use their vacuum outside because it charges you an extra 50 cents to use a card and they wouldn’t make change for me. I went in there with 2 dollars to get quarters and they refused. Make it make sense!
