If you want to be treat like trash come to this store.
We ask if this was also a T-Mobile brand she got upset and said they don’t Have nothing to do with t mobile while making a faces. While asking questions about this new line we are opening she keep using her phone and was giving the leave me alone vibe not a great customer service.

Worse service ever .. I was trying to get my number transferred. Paid and everything. Then she said that they couldn’t transfer the number . And that she had to call a manager. She spoke with the manager. And the manager talked her through the refund process. Once completed the manager told her that I don’t get a full refund . Even tho they couldn’t complete the transfer. I paid for the SIM card + plan . And they only gave me the money for the plan and kept the SIM card I paid for . I asked for the manager name and corporate number and she wouldn’t give me neither. I will never recommend this place to no one ..
