Very satisfied with the service I received at the AT&T store in Rockville on Gude Dr. The employee went above and beyond to answer all my questions, I did not feel rushed or pressured. She also helped me to sign up for AARP to get an additional discount. We changed our plan and upgraded our phones. Highly recommend this particular store.

Excellent service from Manager (Cherri ) super nice, very knowledgeable , very receptive to my needs. I did a trade in for my upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The iPhone XR that I traded in was an awesome cash value ($700) towards my new phone. I purchase a lightning charger/cable as well as an otter box case and wallet magnet! VERY PLEASED WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE.

This store takes the time to explain the technology to the customers. They write down what is decided upon so the customer knows what they are getting and have agreed to. This was a very good experience.

They were very professional and helped me with all the things I needed for my new I phone!!! They are the best. I have been going there for many years whenever I needed anything for my phones, including all of my family members!!!!! I wouldn't go to any other stores...

This is a well appointed store. Products are well organized. Pleasant and comfortable seating. But most importantly the owners are very knowledgeable and patient with senior citizens. I highly recommend them. I am a return customer over the past five years. I’ve purchased three phones and an IPad from them. They have also arranged travel coverage for me at least four times.

I have been officially converted from Sprint to AT&T and couldn’t be happier!! The owners were SO helpful and fun to chat with. I actually enjoyed the process of getting my service switched and was amazed at the ease of it. I now have a great phone and great service, as well as great representatives! I will never go to a different store other than this one on E.Gude Drive.

The AT&T store representatives there on E Gude Drive were phenomenal. Professional, patient with us, gave us all the time we needed to get our new phones and answer our many questions, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
