I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Henson’s. From the moment I walked in, my salesman Sandro made me feel comfortable and never pressured. He stayed completely focused on my needs, was knowledgeable about every step of the car-buying process, provided transparent information, and worked with me to finalize the deal. Sales manager Jorge communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and helped make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Ethell, the finance manager, explained every option in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my financing decisions. The whole process was organized, quick, and completely transparent. Thank you, Henson’s!

I dropped off my vehicle. I didn’t have a ride back home. Kia staff were able to drop me off and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Service workers were very helpful and friendly.

From a phone call to inquire about a KIA to purchasing a KIA, our experience at Herson’s KIA was nothing but positive. My first call was in June and when I explained we were not ready to purchase yet they respected our decision. We went a few weeks ago and John Wyatt, our salesperson, was patient, understanding of our needs, and respectful of our timeline for a purchase. We went today with a few changes of what we originally thought we wanted. We decided on our own to upgrade. John found our car and we will be picking it up tomorrow. Diego in finance was informative, professional, and personable. If you are in the market for a KIA, I. would highly recommend Herson’s in Rockville.

My car was in an accident and I insisted on having Herson’ complete the repairs despite my insurance suggestion. I’ve never had any other shop touch my car since I purchased at Herson's. They did a fantastic job as usual and my 9 year old car looks new because I also had the detail it. I trust Herson’s to take good care of my car.
