Appointment made, appointment confirmed, received 3 confirmation text messages including the day of appointment. Arrived to minute clinic to find no one showed up to work and customer service could provide no explanation. Thank you MinuteClinic at CVS for wasting time during the weekend!!

My appointment got canceled for no reason. The most disappointing thing is that they didn't notify me and I was told when I was checking in on the machine!!! Worst experience!!

I had a terrible experience with my PCP. (But that’s another story). I called CVS customer service because I needed a skin TB test done asap. The lady was able to find me a same day appointment for today. Thank god! she registered me over the phone. Gave me my confirmation code. I arrived. No one was there BUT I saw the kiosk - signed in. Entered code. And i waited about 6-7 minutes. Not bad. The PA that assisted me was extremely polite and answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. I’ll be coming back here for future appointments!

I had been waiting at the patient first nearby for almost an hour before I left and drove over to the minute clinic nearby. I was seen by Ben the Nurse Practitioner who listened to my concerns, was thorough, and explained what was going on. He is an excellent provider.

Minute clinic staff does NOT do what you ask them to do. Came here for an ear wax cleaning. The person did random things EXCEPT the ear cleaning (unnecessary physical, blood pressure check, etc). They told me that my ear didn't need to be cleaned and sent me on my way without doing anything (while still charging me of course). Less than a day later, I felt a bunch of stuff in my ear and I dug out large chunks of ear wax. The minute clinic guy clearly didn't did his job and probably rushed me to attend to the other people in line after me (he was running late).

trying to get an appointment for covid test - unable to do so as I do not have a smart phone. phone # required as well as a picture medicare card. There is no other way to make an appointment. Cannot talk to anyone. Not everyone has a smart phone. I have tried several places. I need it for surgery - IMPOSSIBLE

Online appointments were easy and convenient. It's a lot easier than trying to make an appointment with my doctor's office. I came in for a non-Covid vaccination. Check-in was a bit long. You check-in at the kiosk but there are many pages to enter information. I'm hoping since this was the first time that I used a Minute Clinic, I would not have to enter my information again when I return for another visit. Please note that the online appointments do not ask what vaccine you are getting unless you are getting a Covid-19 vaccine. I called the day before my appointment to verify that the vaccine that I wanted was actually available. The pharmacist was very helpful (though it was a rather long wait on the phone for someone to answer). You should also note that CVS and Minute Clinic are two different entities. The pharmacist wanted me to make sure that my insurance covers either CVS and/or Minute Clinic. It's been a while since I visited this particular CVS on Rockville Pike but it has changed. The back of the store has both the pharmacy and now an optical center. I was very impressed with the openness of the area. The store just looked bright with lots of good lighting.

I know for a place like this, people really only tend to leave reviews when they have a negative experience, and to take the positive ones for granted, so I wanted to make sure to counter that trend. I've been to this MinuteClinic location twice in the last two months for vaccinations/consultations, and I can say that both times have been fantastic experiences. Both Ji and Princess were incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and immensely professional and calm, even during these crazy pandemic times. It is clear that both Ji and Princess really care about their patients. I feel very fortunate to have such an excellent resource right in our area.

I got my COVID-19 test done at the 709 Hungerford CVS Minute Clinic DRIVE-THRU on Monday 6/22 with the promise of 2-4 day results. Today is Monday 6/29 and still no test results. When I call the 800# number on the lab sheet it says COVID tests may take up to 5 business days and to wait for an email rather than stay on the phone (due to large call volume). I called back & waited on hold for 55 minutes and eventually hung up after no operator took the call when I chose the Lab Results option. If results are going to be delayed for some reason, communicate that info. I'm trying to make decisions around visiting elderly relatives based on my test outcome and I still wait... Go to your doctors office for a test and skip this flawed, non-communicative system.

Wow. Just wow. Mandy NP, you are an angel. My sister was very I'll after travelling and amongst all this covid19 panic we went to Minute Clinic to get checked out. The name was misspelled on our appointment but Mandy took us in at the scheduled time anyway. She did an extremely thorough assessment, both subjective and objective, and advocated for my sister by making phone calls to the CDC and other officials for over 45 minutes. Mandy eventually sent us to another clinic for testing when she couldn't do anything else and wished my sister well. Then, after the weekend, she called my sister personally to check on her! What caring, professional service. Couldn't have asked for a better emergency provider at this time. Mandy deserves a raise!!!

I went to the CVS Minute Clinic at 799 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852 twice during the week of December 16, 2019, for a travel visit and to get vaccinations I need to travel to Thailand and England. I scheduled my visits online for 4 pm in the afternoon. A nurse named Mandy called me into her office less than 10 minutes after 4 pm. She was very informative and competent. I forgot to bring my travel itinerary so I said I'd get that and come back another day. I came back the next day just before 4 pm. Again Mandy came out to get me before 4:10 pm. We went over what vaccinations I might need based on where I was traveling to and what the U.S. Centers for Disease Control recommends. I knew some vaccines I had received but not all and said I'd call my doctor's office to find out what they have in their records. In the meantime Mandy gave me a typhoid vaccination, which is necessary to visit Thailand but not for travel in the U.S. I will go again to the Minute Clinic on December 26 with the information I got from my doctor's office. Hopefully Mandy will be there. I was very happy with what she did. I can't speak for everyone at the CVS Minute Clinic on Rockville Pike but I highly recommend going there if she is the nurse.

I was pleasantly surprised at our experience here. Arriving ready to be underwhelmed, I was wrong! Me and my two children came in for flu shots without an appointment. The wait was 50 mins but I could tell the nurse practitioner was working efficiently to get people in and out as quickly as possible. She had a moment between appointments and was able to squeeze us in after only 5 mins. She was very professional and warm to my kids, one of whom is very very fearful of shots. When she administered his shot he didnt cry at all. He was SHOCKED at how swift and painless it was. I think she cured him of his fear. Anyhow - for us this was a positive experience. Full credit to Mandy Shaw, NP. I wasnt expecting the level of professionalism she demonstrated at a CVS.

I've been to this clinic a couple times and had no issues. It seems that they rotate the nurses because there's always a new one. I can't recall their names but they all have been professional and quick. I scheduled my appointments online, and also walked in and both times waited less than an hour.
