Mike in the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing was competitive and included free delivery. The installers were on time and did a great job. Overall a great experience.

Prices are fair and delivery was in time and very professional. Giving one star is because it was not made clear that we were buying a display model. Very disappointing discovery since we had said we were only interested in purchasing a new TV. This is our second time purchasing TV at this particular store. Our sales associate was Ed. Will never return to them again.

The only place anyone should buy a TV from. Mike helped me out picking the perfect TV and had a price way lower than anywhere else. These guys are really experts. Speedy delivery too, I ordered the TV at 6pm and it was delivered and set up first the next morning! I will definitely be coming back when I need a TV next!

Low key environment and friendly staff. They give you the space to explore the options and are very pleasant and helpful in explaining and comparing models. They are thoughtful and considerate and the purchasing process is very easy. They are committed to customer service and are responsive. Scheduling delivery and installation was faster than expected.

Sales people who know what they sell and helped us make a good choice for us. Stopped pushing the bigger TVs and the soundbar when we made clear we didn't want them. Delivery as promised, price + delivery lower than Best Buy price + delivery. Great experience.
