I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Bob. He made the home buying process easy and he helped me negotiate the ideal contract. Bob was always very responsive, he was available day or night and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. We were able to close on our home less than 45 days. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for real estate services!

Bob was a pleasure to work with, he made the entire transaction seamless. The home we purchased had multiple interested parties and he was able to secure it for us without putting in some ridiculous way over asking price offer like so many agents recommend we even closed 10 days early.

Mr. Bob (Bobby) Sinagra recently handled the sale of our home, and being first time "sellers", we were very apprehensive and overwhelmed with all of the details that needed to be taken care of. However, Bobby took over the process, put our many different worries to rest and sold our house in a week. He also assisted us in making difficult decisions along the way that helped us out in the end tremendously. I think the most helpful in this whole process with Bobby was that I literally felt like I had him on speed dial the entire time as he would answered me back almost immediately with answers to my many, many questions. Selling a home is stressful, so knowing that you have someone professionally in your corner assisting you along the way and navigating all of the red tape was priceless. I have since moved to Florida, but if I ever relocated back to Maryland, there would be no other realtor I would use but Mr. Bob Sinagra.
