The customer service at this shop is beyond comparison!! These guys really seem to care about what they do and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They fixed my car's AC and replaced the engine valve cover at a very reasonable price! And it was super convenient because an estimate was sent right to my phone. This way I could approve the work after their (free!!) diagnostic, and know exactly what it was going to cost me. All in all I couldn't be happier. Thanks Developed Auto!

I had a great experience with this shop. They completed the work on my vehicle professionally, had it ready exactly when they promised, and did everything at an excellent price. It’s refreshing to find a garage that delivers quality service without overcharging. Took my Q50 in on short notice, had a clunking sound I swore was the axle and hubs, I later found out that it was my front drive shaft, quoted the work right on the spot, I ordered my part and when it gets delivered, I WILL be taking it to him to be installed, great attitude, respectful, and very knowledgeable on the subjects them self, 10/10

I took my car to Developed Automotive in Salisbury based on a recommendation from another local shop. I grew up in the car business and still do a lot of work myself, so I’m pretty particular about who I trust. These guys were great from the moment I called, straightforward, honest, and fair with pricing. They did not try to push any unnecessary services and even left it up to me whether to proceed with the preventive maintenance I was considering. I will definitely be sending customers their way.

I came in for a problem with my brakes, and Rishi was able to inspect it and finish the repairs in a timely manner. I was more shocked at the pricing, as I'm so used to paying an inspection fee, along with a horrendous overcharge for the service provided. I was able to drive home in my car after only paying $155 for brake parts being replaced. This location is as reliable as all the other reviews say it is, so I will make sure to make this my go-to for car repairs.

Richi is a great mechanic I don't trust too many mechanics with my Ford Expedition truck Eddie Bauer he fixed the things I needed fast he will be my always go to for a mechanic trustworthy and professional
