I've been going here off and on for two years now and I am finally done. The difference in customer service is obvious towards minority/black customers. I have been ignored, snapped at and had my services rushed through. All the while I hear the "bending over backwards" treatment of others. I still tip and mistakenly over til to avoid any further stereotypes. But, today was the absolute last time I spend my money here.

Don't waste your time or money. The place a gorgeous I will give it that. My first (and last) time was yesterday. I go and get sat and worked on without a wait. I get Jessica. I needed a fill in. She asked me if I wanted just color, no a design? I said yes, just a color. Everything was fine up until i said I wanted just the tips painted. She immediately changed her tone saying i said no design. I said yes im still saying no design, i just want color. On my tips. Now dont get my wrong i understand that for pricing purposes that most nail places up charge for French but really, its not a design. It's pretty basic. As basic as you can get. She said she can't do design (French to be exact) she attempted it, but it looked like my 6 year old son with ADHD painted it. THATS not an exaggeration. I was like yea i can already tell you im not walking out of here like this. So she clearly has an attitude. I'm trying to be patient. She attempts again and sees if anyone else could paint me but of course she says no one's available yet there is 2 ladies literally picking their nails the next row over. I end up saying just do the whole nail. I was not happy. She put about 7 layers of polish on each nail. And as I'm sitting there during the longest painting of my life i start thinking there is no way these woman can be a certified nail technician. These are all of age Asian woman. You can't do a French nail? This doesn't seem right to me. Now I'm convinced this is either a human trafficking ring or a sweat shop of sorts. I don't know but i can tell you i was not going to tip her anything. But if she was paid to come here and now working for maybe tips i felt bad so i did. But i wont be going back ever again in my life. I highly suggest you go somewhere else!!!!

Penny is amazing! She did a great job on my eyebrows and made my nails strong enough to last over 2 weeks (I clean houses so I am super hard on my nails). I texted her to get a fill and she was able to get me in today within an hour. Penny Penny Penny

I get my nails done so I look put together. This place does the best job of any place I have been to in the area. I don’t have a go to place but it should be here. I’ve been 3 times and they always look great and last longer. I’ve been demoing my kitchen and doing yard work and they look just as good.On a side note I love my black to be matte and other places I’ve gotten this done I do not like how it turns out but they look great here and it last (others turn foggy). I also appreciate that they get very close to the skin and still it doesn’t peel.I’m not into my nails but they make me look like I am, they do such a great job

I came in yesterday with an appointment I made online, my technician was Cherry and she did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with her attention to detail, she took her time and I never felt rushed. When I came in I was planning to do a fill in but the salon who previously did my nails did a terrible job. She was able to remove my old nails quickly and painlessly, she hooked me up with a gorgeous set with a beautiful shape and color. Thank you so much Cherry!!!

Got a milk and honey pedicure, which was so lovely and exactly what I was looking for. Added a callous removal service. My feet and legs feel so much better! My technician was very attentive, great level of care, efficiency, and patience (my feet are ticklish). She did such a great job on the nail polish application too, even with my nearly nonexistent pinky toenails!Service: Pedicure

I recently had one of my first experiences getting my nails done at BellaLuxe Nail Care and Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. As a man, it can be quite uncomfortable to step into a nail salon, but BellaLuxe shattered all my reservations.Diana, the owner, deserves a special mention for her warm and welcoming demeanor. She made me feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I walked in. The services offered at BellaLuxe were exceptional, and the technicians were not only skilled but also very friendly.To top it all off, the complementary wine was a pleasant surprise, adding an extra layer of relaxation to my visit. I highly recommend BellaLuxe Nail Care and Salon to anyone seeking top-notch nail services in a welcoming and comfortable environment. It's a place where everyone can feel at ease. V and Diana did a wonderful job. Vids my pedi and Diana the owner did my nails. What I really liked about this place is that the employees actually talk to you and hold conversation with you. They did exactly what I asked and they didn’t skimp me on the leg massage. They said my pedi would take 45min for the price I paid and that’s exactly what happened. I am more than please. I will definitely be going back. Did I mention they serve wine and other beverages?! Definitely worth checking out

I have been a client at this spa for many years and have rarely had a complaint. My last visit on 7/19/23 was very disappointing. The technician was rude. She bossed me around, twisted my fingers and toes to accommodate her position.She was very rough on my cuticles, painfully pushing them down. Painted my toe nails unevenly. She did my manicure without any soaking or care, used the electric file to remove my cuticles which was painful and caused bleeding. My cuticles are still a bit swollen and my nails do not look nice at all. Overall very unsatisfactory experience and I do not plan on returning.Services: Pedicure

First time coming here and I wasn't disappointed. The owner, Diana, took wonderful care of my nails including beautiful artwork and Kim gave me such a good pedicure. Diana matched the design from my nails onto my toes. And BONUS I met a new friend while getting my pedicure ?. Will definitely be going back. They use quality products and serve all types of beverages. Go and get pampered. It's worth it.

A great place to go by yourself, but wouldn’t recommend if bringing a child with you. Came with appointments to get nails done with my mom, sister and niece before my wedding. My niece wanted to sit in her moms lap to get her nails done because she is young and hadn’t gotten them done before. They told us that was fine but then when it came time to have hers done they abruptly told us they didn’t have anyone to do it and they didn’t have time to paint her nails. The girl at the front desk was very nice about it, but the nail tech was not. I have come by myself before and it has been great, just not the most kid friendly!
