Made an appointment online, when I got there they had no idea about the appointment and the woman I had the appointment with wasn't even there. I was told I need to speak to Billy because he handles the kind of trust account that I have. They never gave me his information. I called, because I realized they never gave me Billy's number when I was there. She said Billy isn't in the office right now, he would call me back. Never heard from him. So I called yesterday asking if Billy was there and the guy I talked to told me that there isn't anyone named Billy working there. He put me on hold to figure out what's going on, when he came back he never told me why people were telling me about a Billy if he isn't even there. No apologies or anything. I just don't understand why I'm being lied to. Do not do your banking here, they will lie to you to get you out the door or off the phone!

Worst service ever. No courtesy! Never coming back here! I regret driving all the way only to be told "I AM NOT DOING CASH" in a rude and harsh tone.

Wonderful if you like the "online system" being down 50% of the time...Good customer service if you call though and friendly local bank unfortunately a little arbitrary these days.

First national bank made our recent home buying experience a nightmare. We were excited to work with them only to receive no communication, last minute deadlines and the inability to close on the expected date. We reached out to several managers with little to no response and therefore left in the dark regarding a substantial home loan. If you want a smooth home buying process absolutely do not use first national bank!

The lone and inconveniently placed ATM is out of order AT LEAST 1-2 times per month when I visit. I’ve never experienced this with any other bank/ATM. Get it together.

Terrible customer service at multiple locations and with their 800# customer service line. I definitely do not feel valued and will be closing my account as soon as the pending transaction clear.

I opened up several accounts and a line on my house. I worked with Nick G. He was fantastic. Answered ?'s, got me a great rate on a home line and made it all easy for me as I am a moving target and busy. Nick came to me for info etc.... I also worked with Maria L. Also, outstanding.

I'm planning on closing the account I opened with them. I was told one thing and it has been the total opposite. Sad because I just opened it 3 months ago n shouldn't feel this way about a bank.

My loan statement didn't match my loan documents. Have been trying for 2 months to get it straightened out. They keep telling me everything is worked out now, but when I question the first messed up transaction they can't show where it has been fixed and will get back with me. For 2 months they have been going around in circles with no solution. AWFUL BANK!
