My skin is extremely angry with me at the moment. I am experiencing premenapause acne. I went to this location looking for moisturizing face tint after it was recommended by my esthetician. I am a neutral tone with dry, sensitive reactive skin. I have been to Ulta and was incorrectly matched twice. I was not looking for help today, but a nice sales lady assisted me. Brandy was extremely knowledgeable in acne prone skin. She was also very knowledgeable in black skin!!! She told me I was not only neutral but also have olive tones to my skin. We tried several products and schooled me on them. She picked the perfect product in the perfect shade. She told me she has researched products on her own for acne prone skin and could recommend some if I needed it. I so appreciate her expertise and professionalism.Thank you Miss Brandy

I traveled to Kohl's in Severna Park, MD this past Saturday night for 30 minutes from my home to pick up an online order. When I arrived I saw a missed email that said my order was cancelled. I was extremely frustrated but Susan in customer service came to the rescue. She actually found the pot and pan set that I really wanted vs the one that got cancelled that I settled for. She went back and forth at least 2-3 times to find an option. What she didn't know was that she stood before two very exhausted parents with a 1 year old at home. It is rare that we have time out together to run errands and with the cancellation we wouldn't have gifts for my mom for Hanukkah. She didn't know this but still took the time to go above and beyond for us. I know retail isn't easy on a day like today but she still met us with kind eyes that were smiling. We thank you Susan!
