One of the best Enterprise locations I've used in Maryland, I was greeted with a smile, always treated with respect, professionalism, and friendly service. Noel was always helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which is why I returned to this location for a rental on this family vacation. She generally had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Noel also did everything she could to find the right size vehicle for my family and I to ride comfortable in on this 8 hr road trip! I now know where to go first when in need or a rental! 10/10 overall customer service !

0 Star for Noel Hakimi and Nate Mihrete the manager and co-manager respectively at the branch!! This was the worst and by far the most shady customer service experience we have received. When we picked up the car the co-manager specifically said “any mark smaller than (measured by using his fingers) is OKAY†So when its time to return the car it was Noel who was inspecting the car and she claimed there was a damage on the vehicle when nothing was visible I mean the damage she saying could have been there when we picked up the car but mr co-manager who assured us that anything smaller than his finger were okay but during return he came out with his small gadget and said he used it to show us how big a damage can be to be ok, and the funny thing is the tool he has on his hand was alot bigger than the damage they say was there. We asked for the manager to provide us previous report on the car to see if that wasn't there before but she refused to provide that information making the whole thing and the whole experience the shadiest!!! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS AND IF YOUR INSURANCE TOLD YOU TO GO HERE PLEASE SAY NO!! I wish if the owner can see this and reply back as they have the most incompetent people working for them!

Good customer service so far. I reserved a vehicle online and went to pick it up. There were several people waiting for service when I arrived, but they still managed to get me taken care of quickly.

This location is amazing. They have consistently superb customer service. A gentleman by the name of Brandon did a wonderful job transferring my reservation after a horrible experience I had with the Georgia Ave. location. I'm not too crazy about their selection of cars, but their customer service makes up for that big time.

IF I COULD LEAVE A LOWER RATING I WOULD! Terrible customer service, terribly rude & arrogant employees at this location. Ridiculous policies (such as the fact that we couldn’t rent two cars with one credit card. They require each card have a different name, regardless of the fact that we are a married couple renting the vehicles & both cards are in MY name. What a GREAT WAY to lose money.) Terrible experience. In the future, I’ll look elsewhere for rentals and will not use enterprise if there is ANY other option.
