Oscar, the branch manager. A1 customer service helped me with my issue in a promptly manner. Quick in and out explained in detail what was going on. The staff are lovely and the tellers are professional as well.

I have to wait 15 min to make a deposit They just have 1 cashier to help a more 10 person waiting in the line

If i got a dollar for every time this bank had a huge line, then I'd come here every evening and open an account with them. But what would the point be if it'll be hacked like a week later. Thank god i only have to come here every now and then, otherwise I'd probably have to switch jobs to avoid this trip. It's always new people and extremely slow pace. If you can make the trip to go to a different location, please do so.

I don't normally go into the Wells Fargo Banks but when I did go. I had a best customer service ever. Someone was there at the door to greet and even open the door for me. Very polite at the counter and when I went was assisted with a rep she was the sweetest person of all. Got all my questions answered and also got more information on my account. 2 thumbs up! I should go in more often

Good branch to do your business...parking is ample but sometimes a bit crowded during rush hour.

This branch is what unfortunately made me leave wells fargo. It took me over 2 hours for me to close to open a new account (something that took 20 minutes at the bank I switched to). The banker I worked with repeatedly got up to hug or start a conversation with someone she knew who entered the bank, which not only slowed us down but made me feel uncomfortable with accuracy with which she was handling my funds. She also closed my old account which I had not asked her to do, causing me to overdraft my account and I was charged overdraft fees. Ultimately there was a lot of confusion, miscommunication, and I did not feel comfortable with the employees at this branch handling my money. Having just moved to the area I need a bank I could trust. Wells Fargo is a fine bank but this branch is not very good at what they do.

Had no problem in receiving very good customer service here. I had to take care of some financial investment matters and needed to speak to one of the people at the desk not just a teller. There were only two people at that particular time one was a trainee the other was dealing with a very talkative older man with a lot of serious questions and hand holding. So needless to say I had to wait but it wasn't long of a wait when the boss lady in charge got back from her lunch. At that point she made me her complete focal point and was able to get everything I needed taken care of with great expedience and with little to none difficulty. Whether you have a few million dollars or just a few thousand dollars they were more than helpful and treated me like a Rockefeller or in-case you are too young to know who he was.... they made me feel like Donald Trump. They have some great special offers for small businesses which really had gotten my attention. So look out my business bank, I just may drop you like yesterday's dirty laundry. With lots of smiles and very friendly service I left out of there feeling like a millionaire even though I'm far from it. Definitely they want people's business and they are more than ready, willing and able to do some serious delivering.
