They deserve absolutely no stars. I have a laundry list of problems in my apartment I sent way back when I moved in. Stapled blinds, stickers in the shower that started peeling on DAY 1, mice which they had somebody come in for but then NEVER CLOSED THE DAMN HVAC UP that’s been again open since I moved in…so now there’s another mouse, a wall that was cut up and simply placed back in the square it was cut from, a balcony that looks like it could cave in any day. The list goes on, DONT MOVE HERE unless you absolutely have nowhere else to go. I’ve already been apartment hunting since JUNE, lease not up until December but December isn’t coming fast enough… Honestly could not be more disgusted with this place. Then the residents aren’t much better.

My mom just moved in over this past weekend and she’s elderly and the apartment was not cleaned AT ALL. Absolutely disgusting condition and she had to be out of her old apartment this weekend so we had no other choice but to have her move in here until we can figure a solution to this because this is beyond unacceptable.

Came to this place to speak with someone in the leasing office to inquire about available units. Earlier in the day I spoke with someone on the phone and was told it would be ok to come in for a tour after I got off work. A time was set for 4:45pm, however after running into unexpected traffic I end up running 20 mins behind. I tried calling the office to explain that I would be late and to see if it would still be ok to show up but no one would answer. Because I was already in a Uber and on the way and their office hours are posted from 9am-6pm online (and on the sign posted at the leasing office), I figured even if I wouldn’t be able to get the tour I would still hope to speak with someone about availability. I arrived at the leasing office at 5:05pm and attempted to go in but the door was locked. I could see through the door one of the ladies sitting at her desk scrolling on her phone so I looked at her and was like the door is locked and it’s only 5:05pm. The lady looked at me and said “we’re closed” and proceeded to look through her phone. While I was waiting on a Uber to pick me up again, both staff proceeded to leave the office around 5:30. I understand that offices sometimes closes early for whatever reason, however in this case and from other reviews read online I’m sure the staff do this often and are unreliable and have bad work ethics. I’m glad I was able to experience this before actually possibly moving into this place with unprofessionals working in the leasing office.

Management does not care about resolving the tenants' issues. We had a mice infestation, went to the office several times and they never took us seriously. Had to call the COUNTY for an inspector to come in and give them a warning and a time frame to fix the issue. They came and put chemicals inside the walls but we asked several times for someone to come and check for cracks and holes the mice are coming from but no one ever came. The mice disappeared for a month and just tonight I noticed they are here again as I saw several droppings in our kitchen. I will go to the office ok Tuesday morning and if there are no action done to help us we will have to take more extreme measurements.

This is day four after the snow and this how the entrance to the buildings and sidewalks are, it’s full of ice. No maintenance or contractor put salt the day before the snow, the same day or after. And it's worse at one of the bus stops. The Owners and Management haven’t promptly removed the snow and ice when they have an increased responsibility to maintain the property in a safe manner.

There is a lot of crime lately. Robberies, assaults, drug dealers. It was not like this in the past. They need to hire a serious security service.

New security cameras around to get us and our cars more safe and trash Area are been kept very clean every day !!

Property manager Sarah and the new guy at the office is working hard to get improvements and every single time I go to the office they work quick and efficiently at the top of that they are even working to get my rent payment reduced with Montgomery county , just amazing! I’m very well treated ! Definitely getting my lease renewed and I can see that our community will be one of the safest and best to leave in silver spring!

Every single day it has been getting more dangerous living here. There are hooligans roaming the streets (they don't live here) and they loiter in front of apartment building making residents uncomfortable living here. In addition the "security guard" they hired doesn't even answer phone calls when they are needed, police in this county are short staffed and don't arrive on time. They say they want the community to be safer... it looks like it's getting worse and worse every day. Another thing that I find unpleasant is that there are cars that park in the parking lots without parking permits... I don't even think the tow truck comes every night to remove those cars. It is so frustrating that I cannot find parking in my RESPECTIVE driveway. If I could give this complex 0 stars, I WOULD.

I lived with my family in these apartments for 2 years. We always pay the rent on time. When we left, we followed the contract guidelines, we warned 60 days in advance that we would not renew, we delivered the apartment in perfect condition, clean, practically new, even replacing each curtain. However, the company is not following the contract to return the deposit, it has been 90 days since we left and they have not reimbursed us for the shorts, they do not respond to emails, when they respond they only regret what happened but cannot do anything. They are not following the contract that provides for payment within a maximum of 45 days and are being inhumane towards a family. unfortunate. updating: 118 days without resolution.

Very bad service they never want to repair anything bad bad service ooo but to collect the rent you can't spend a day because they charge you more and the apartments are full of mice it is a plague of rats and they don't do anything to eliminate them either

Huge roach and mice infestation but the office workers never do anything about it. Every time I enter the room there’s always mice’s in them, every time I enter the kitchen there’s always roaches on top of the counters, even in my room. I’m having to constantly throw out stuff because of this issue.

Going off of trash maintenance. This property gets a 0. In driveway five the trash is so filthy that people are throwing trash Even near the parking lot. The trash hasn’t been cleaned up since last week

It has an infestation of mice, in the apartment we rented we had more than 40 mice in 1 year, the customer service when renting is 100/100 but later for requests and complaints it is 5/100.
