Great experience with this company over two days. The two ladies who packed us the first day were incredible. Kevin Lopez’s moving team the second day were tireless and conscientious working in extreme heat and humidity. The proof of a mover’s quality is always at the end when you get your stuff back but I feel very confident that this team did a fantastic job.

We were caught in the Home Safe Alliance contract determination and was cancelled the day of our initial move! We were then signed up with Eagle Van Lines the day of our cancellation. I was so skeptical at this point with anything working out for us. Eagle Van Lines showed up the very next day at 9am and stayed until 10pm. They packed and loaded everything in our house! Thank you to Kathy and her team for everything in such a short amount of time! Will update this post when we get to our final destination!

Avoid this company at all costs. No-call/no-show both the pickup and delivery dates. Hung up on phone calls before proceeding to screen our phone number. Blames local moving crews for missing deadlines but are the ones responsible for being incapable of managing the simplest of requests. Shocked they are still in business and cannot perform the simplest of functions that their company is named for.

Update: Eagle Van Lines assigned a George Marmaras to my case for mediation. The military subcontracting company HomeSafe Alliance paid out for the damages to the items damaged during the packing and loading. George was assigned to mediate the repairs of my home and working to get a mutual resolve. At this point Fatigue and exhaustion from negotiating with them has won and we just want to settle the dispute. Still recommend 1.0 or less stars on company. Don’t recommend.
Original post: After 18 years in the military and 9+ moves, this has been, by far, the worst moving experience I have ever encountered. The staff was unprofessional, and customer service was virtually nonexistent.
At the loading point, the crew carelessly damaged items while breaking them down for transport. They seemed more focused on rushing through the job than ensuring items were handled properly. In contrast, the delivery team worked at a much slower pace, but when I asked them to be careful because this was a brand-new home with no prior damage, they dismissed my request. They proceeded to damage doors and walls by forcing furniture through entryways instead of taking a more careful approach.
When I suggested removing the feet from the couch or taking the doors off the refrigerator to help fit them through the doorways, they ignored the idea and then told me to do it myself. After filing a claim for property damage, the advisor asked me to provide documentation proving the home was undamaged before their arrival, placing the burden on me rather than addressing their team’s negligence.
Additionally, the movers refused to unpack all the boxes and remove the packing materials, despite this being included in the service. They told me to call once I had unpacked everything. However, when I called on Monday, they refused to return for pickup due to our location and are now stating late Friday evening is a possibility.
Throughout this process, the customer service representatives have been condescending, making us feel as though we are inconveniencing them. There has been no urgency in addressing our concerns, nor any clear communication regarding a resolution. As a result, we are left with a brand-new home that has sustained damage, multiple broken items, and a company that seems indifferent to replacing, repairing, or resolving any of these issues.

We had a wonderful experience with Eagle Van Lines moving company. Teresa and the crew that worked to pack and load our belongings were very friendly, professional, and efficient. All of our items were packed carefully and I am confident they will make it to our next destination safely! Extremely thankful to the team that came to our house and made this a pleasant experience!

This is my 4th move and this is by far my best experience with a moving crew. Theresa and Earl absolutely crushed all my expectations! They were friendly, attentive, efficient and incredibly professional. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this crew. 1000% recommend them and this company for all your moving needs.

Eagle Van Lines provided my Non-Temporary Storage packout and delivery Some of the same crew that did my packout were there at delivery (it was an in-state move). We could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, quality work, and careful handling of our household goods. The crew was very respectful and responsive and we were highly impressed. This was my final move after a 25 year career and one of the best. The crew worked incredibly hard and didn't protest when I asked them to unpack a number of boxes - in past moves the movers did their very best to avoid this despite the fact the government pays for that service. We felt very fortunate to have had Eagle conduct our move.

Kenny and Geffry and their California crew were fantastic to work with during the delivery of our long-term household goods. Professional and efficient. Our half-of-a-semi truck load was unloaded and all the furniture put back together in 5 hrs. Hats off to these gentlemen!

Called the previous day, September 14th, to see if I needed an appointment to weigh my car and receive a weight ticket for my PCS move to Florida. The representative told me no and to just bring cash for the service of weighing the vehicle. Went physically to the location today, only for them to tell me that the scale is broken and has been all week! A complete waste of time and now searching for another location to weigh my vehicle.
