Marlow Auto Body turned a bad situation, into the best experience ever.
Stephanie Toye & the staff helped me with open arms. The best part is my vehicle looks as if nothing happened. The cherry on top was the clean vehicle that was returned to me. Keep up the good work!!

I recommend Marlow Auto Body to anyone who needs car repairs, my experience with them was excellent very fast and efficient, very professional, I appreciate Stephanie so much who kept me updated on my vehicle she was amazing and very professional I love the customer service I received from her and the company. Left my truck with an inch of dust from metal grinding INSIDE of my vehicle and told me they didn't do details.
Well apparently you don't protect the inside of folks vehicles either.
Had to return it twice after they said they were done.
Completely unacceptable work on one side, bumper wasn't properly attached, none of my electronics were plugged back up, didn't replace tire sensor and on top of that.....for $9000 I even got a smart mouth receptionist at the front desk.
Horrible little shop.
Oh...and they didn't replace my spare tire. Had to get it almost a week later

Ms. Sharon was amazing! She kept me posted on the process of my car being fixed and it didn’t take nearly as long as the estimated time she gave me. Thank goodness! My trunk looks amazing and they even cleaned up the inside of my car alittle ! Would highly recommended marlow auto body. And the rental car place was right next door convenient I think so 😃

Terrible service. To do something so simple it takes weeks, they sit you saying that they will deliver the vehicle on a date then they are just excuses that until the next week they will deliver it to you. What negligence

Had a friend that recommended Marlow auto shop to us. It was a 40 minute drive for us but very well worth the trip. We didn’t want to go through our insurance due to the hassle and the increase in premiums. They were able to work with us and gave us a very fair and reasonable price. We had a new rear bumper put on my Honda. They did an exceptional job. It looks like a brand new car even though it’s a 2014. They had the work done in a very timely manner. My husband even sat there and waited for them to do the car in a little bit over an hour. I would definitely make the trip there again if I had to.

I was told my car was repaired correctly by Sharon “the manager” however this is how my rear bumper looks. After having my car for a week this is the best work of Marlo Auto Body shop! If you value the car you own DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

The receptionists were pleasant and the manager was nice however, a vape was left in my car and there were signs that someone was in the backseat of my car
