Terrible customer service! Asking the girl a question and she's giving attitude. Been with T mobile for the past 14 years. Definitely wouldn't be back at this location. This is not how you treat people. Especially when they are asking a question!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE THEY SCAM PEOPLE!!! Went to buy a new phone and the employee Amari put a screen protector on my phone without asking if I wanted to purchase it and charged me 50 dollars for it while also charging me for another accessory that was 20 dollars that I didn’t ask for.

This store is horrible I was sent there to exchange a phone by T-Mobile and they refused to help or show me a phone that customer service said they had in stock. Then the so called manager on duty gonna give me a specific time to come in like I don’t a job. Rude and unprofessional at its best. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED?? THEY SOME GARBAGE

Just walked in to have my screensaver replaced and waited about 3/4 minutes before Dex was ready to assist me. What an excellent customer service experience. It was the energy and dedication for me. If I ever have any needs, I will be coming to this TMobile to experience his flawless customer service again. Thumbs up to Dex

Whoever answer the phone this morning on September 23 sounds miserable and needs to brighten up her day, she didn’t help me at all and sounded very bothered when she answered the phone. Maybe she needs to go to sleep and wake up again.

Awesome customer service and awareness. The Lead Manager he always make eye contact and acknowledge the customers as we enter the store. Side Note: without missing a beat with the customer he's servicing.

I love this t-mobile will be going there this morning.the staff is always sweet and courteous soon as you walk in.i use a cane so they always make sure I have a seat.even if they have to get Me a chair.Always a great experience.never a problem 5 ?????

The tall old woman with glasses was rude ,an unpleasant raising her voice an talking profanity . She bent the new piece on router brought in an was saying she don't have to help but did finish the work . wouldn't recommend anyone going there ghetto poor customer service

From the time I called Kristen was amazing! Took a visit to the store, she was so welcoming, Edgar was assisting customers with such good vibes I had to ask his name. Diamond and I had a very relatable moment (lol). Kristen made my transaction super smooth and gave me additional assistance with returning my equipment. Dex also was there with smooth cool vibes! They made it so I was able to forget about my knee pain temporarily. Please keep this team and keep them together total AWESOMENESS ??? my new store (as long as they are there!)

First off they gave me the wrong screen protector. Even though I told them that it was the wrong one. But they insisted, and said that it will fit just fine. Which they were wrong about.

At this specific location, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They never answer the phone, and when you go in person they act as if you are a inconvenience to them. In all honesty this entire staff needs to be gutted out and replaced with people who will actually do their jobs and help the customer. Worst service from a T-Mobile location I have ever received.
