I had a very convoluted situation with titling my car from PA to MD - my registration and tags were expired in PA due to going to the MVA and getting the run around. The MVA was actually less of a solution than an actual barrier to getting tags/title. Then I went to another tag and title place first, Terry's Tag and Title. They were incredibly slow and seemingly uninformed about how the process worked - the staff person that I dealt with there actually asked me several times in my dealings with her about how things should work with the titling process. Then after a month and 5 days of feeling like I was getting nowhere, I happened upon Tracy's TNT Tags n Title. Kaitlyn and her twin sister were informed, motivated to help and very down to earth. Kaitlyn went to the MVA in Hagerstown for me, and after running into another problem there, she did not waiver in her dedication and commitment to helping me. She was creative in her problem-solving skills and had outside contacts who could give her the answers she needed to help me. She went again to the MVA for the second time and had great success! She made herself available for any and all questions and helped me get the paperwork that I needed to return my PA tags. Her fees are incredibly reasonable and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would still be waiting for my tags if I had stayed with Terry's - as they are still waiting for the MVA to process my title that is sitting in limbo there to this day!
I highly recommend Kaitln and her sister at Tracy's TNT Tags N Title! They are fantastic!

Always friendly and helpful, the fees are well worth the time saved and the loss of aggravation that would have been at the MVA in Frederick, MD. We have been using this place for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Avoid MVA and come here instead. This place is friendly, fast, and efficient. I did a private purchase and got the title application and the new tag in a matter of minutes. I walked out with tags and stickers. Excellent service!
