People in the outline cubes are not and are unwilling to help customers!
The Branch manager (I guess, because he took his name plate off the wall outside office) doesn't think customers are his priority and basically told me I could take my money out of his bank. That he didn't care!
I have been a customer since 1992 and this branch and it seems like most Truist banks don't care about customers or customer service!
I know know why he took his name plate off the door. He doesn't care and treats customers like they can leave..
I wonder if I will get a call from his boss? I will update as needed..
Update 12/14/24, the branch employees are some of the most misinformed and rude that I believe is possible!
The branch Mgr and loan Mgr must be teaching these employees how to be rude..
No calls from anyone at this branch or headquarters!
The loan Mgr and the branch Mgr now have taken down all names down.. Including most employees..

Tracy & Daryl were so kind, patient, understanding, compassionate and helpful. Tracy goes above and beyond for her customers. Couldn't have asked for better service. It was like talking to a great friend.

If you want customer service at this branch avoid Judy, the Senior relationship banker. I received an auto loan from this bank and she forgot about my loan, then took multiple days off, never gave the loan to someone else to process while she was on vacation, left me a voicemail about someone else's loan information, then emailed me speaking about herself in the third person. Besides Judy all the other employees were helpful and fixed all issues.

I have been here multiple times in the past with no problems, but recently that has changed. My first negative experience was with a teller named Deb. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was asking for quarters which annoyed her (she made that abundantly clear through her attitude). The reason for my name-dropping is when I walked away from the teller line I realized that I forgot something. I turned around to go back to the teller line and caught her complaining about me to her co-workers! It was very awkward. There were other customers in the store. I was really taken back by this behavior and thought it very unprofessional especially since this behavior was done in front of other customers. And, she claimed to be the head teller! Some example she is setting for her employees.Also, I came back a week later with $270 half dollars to cash them in and was told I need $1k in order to cash them in the future by a different teller. Hardly anyone has $1k in half dollars. I certainly do not. So, not only have they become unpleasant, but they are unwilling to be a bank.I've never given them reason to be unfriendly, so I don't understand why I am treated like this.If you have simple straightforward banking you will be fine, but if you are out of the norm then I would suggest you go to a different branch or a different financial institution. I'm a coin collector and I have found very nice and very mean tellers. Usually when they are mean they are just cranky middle aged women and I just let go. When they reach an extraordinary level of mean (or nice) is when I leave a review.

I only stopped by here once when I was in town to make a deposit, but the staff was super friendly.

Recently very disappointed and inconsistent. Incorrect withdrawal amounts, no money envelopes ($ was paper clipped), no transaction receipts, rude remarks when you ask for a transaction receipt... drive through service is not friendly either... and that was just today's visit.
