I really had no choice but to leave a one star review. I didn't even want to do that. I have tried for the last 2 weeks to go to the brass hat cafe for hot meals only to waste mine and other people's time getting a ride there or by even walking about 3 miles each way only to be highly disappointed every time to a closed establishment. I even tried calling numerous times to check open availability for the cafe but no one ever answers the phone. I understand them not answering during bell ringing season but not after that. This service is good for those in hard times when it comes to meals but when you and others go out of your way to go grab food it is always closed. I have gone there 6 times in the last two weeks alone only to arrive to a closed facility. And a sign that says open when they are actually closed. This is highly unacceptable for people to take time to go there for it to only be closed with no signage saying why or when they will reopen. Please start answering the phones or leaving a sign on the door with the PROPER OPERATING HOURS AND DATES OF CLOSURES, OR REASON OF CLOSURES IF DUE TO INCLIMATE WEATHER. THATS UNDERSTANDABLE WITH THE WEATHER BUT THERES NO REASON WHY YOU CANT NOTIFY PEOPLE ACCORDINGLY. AND IN THE LAST THREE TIMES I WAS THERE THERE WAS A CAR THAT WAS THERE AND HASNT MOVED. AND GET MORE FRIENDLY STAFF AND PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONE OR SET UP AN ANSWERING MACHINE.

I have been calling for 3 weeks now to get help with the website that has not worked for me and left numerous of voicemails . I called today finally got ahold of Andrea who claims she never received any of my messages which is not my fault when I know I left them . I asked to speak to someone else in charge because she got very nasty and she hung up on me . So I called back and she sent me to voicemail . I do not recommend this place to anyone at all she is nasty every year !!! I’ll be in contact with someone else in regards to this

wonderful people. help with all kinds of different area. food Christmas. pantry of goods. friendly staff at the evening cafe they have going on Monday thru Wed nights that u can come in n have a hot meal. all wonderful

Had permission to look through, the donations... where I have found, a large plastic bag filled with stuffed animals. I was hosting a fellow believer, from Kenya, Africa who was affiliated with an Orphanage there, an He gave the stuffed animals to the children... Blessings all around !
