Same experience as some of the other users. Sketchy store where Sim cards were 25 dollars, tempered glass cover 60 dollars and I was pointed to this store from the other vendor in the mall. I got the phone (i was in a pinch and needed it ASAP).

Very sketchy store.they told me one price here and then told me to go another store close by for better pricing.but then I find out its same store. Thank God I switched to metro.

David was was just what we needed. He walked us through correcting an activation issue that customer care gave us wrong information for. Then let me know that I didn't need to pay for a new sim card since it wasn't the problem and didn't want me to pay for something I didn't need. He didn't try to sell us anything and just fixed the problem. He was personable and respectful and provided excellent customer service which is so hard to find these days. I really appreciated his help as the situation had become more than just a little frustrating. David is an asset to that store but then I am sure he would be to any company he worked for.

Boost has horrible cellular service. Customer service is poor. Tech support is incompetent. Recommend picking another provider. 0 stars.

If you only speak English, do not come here. Do not expect any help in using or understanding any phone which you purchase here. And do not expect to be able to follow the instructions included with the phone which you purchase. I purchased a Boost Mobile phone here yesterday. The directions said nothing about setting up a recorded message. The salespeople did nothing to explain how to use the phone or to set up a recorded message. I doubt they would be any more help if they had been speaking in any other language. Unless you are highly knowledgable about cellphones and you need no explanation at all, this would be a good store to stay away from.

Very disappointed. I own my own business and broke my phone. I contacted boost store and I have been a boost customer for years. The store charged me $600.00 for iPhone 7 I didn’t have time to run a round and due to Coronavirus I just wanted to get a phone. Staff was rude very disappointed.

Buyers beware this Dealer is a rip-off. Boost has a in store offer for 24.99 when you switch service for a iPhone 6s . I contacted customer service because I went to a different boost mobile store and they tried to over charge me too . They told me they should not be forcing someone to active the in store offer with only the $60 plan they said they have 3 different plans and all of them are unlimited. The SIM card does not cost $25 it cost $10 don’t let them take your money. Be very careful and do your research. The guy was so rude also they are very money hungry.
