Never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone I have spoken to holds high customer service standards. Whether it's a rental for summer vacation or due to insurance claim they are always very pleasant.

Rented a car here for a quick day trip and the customer service provided by Cece was excellent. The process was very fast, personal, and efficient despite the busy nature of the rental agency. Will be a repeat customer at this location in Wheaton for any of my rentals going forward. Thank you!

Kassia called to confirm the size of vehicle I needed the day before my reservation and made pick up very smooth. Another person helped me at drop off, but it was an equally exceptional experience.

I enjoyed the service I received from Justyn Wilson. He was a class act. Justyn was courteous and easily to converse with. He made you feel right home. Cece Kobylski was effective as a manager to resolve any concerns I had. Cece had a joyfilled attitude! Anthony Budd went an extra step to bring the rental up to the standards of the Enterprise I've rented from for over 30 years. The company should make available more luxury and up to date vehicles at this location.Minister DeAnna

Worst of the worst place to rent a car. I have reservation through the insurance (reservation code XNCD37). I have on Saturday and have been told I would not have any car before Monday, October 24 at 14:30. On Sunday, October 23, I called and talked to Mr, Justin around 9:20 AM to confirm my reservation for Monday. Mr. Justin confirmed that the car is reserved for me for Monday at14:30. On Monday, while I was in uber car to pick up my car, I called to let them know that I was on the way and was disappointed to hear no car was available for me. No apology was given. That is bad customer service. Do not recommend that location to anyone.

I came in to exchange my rental car for something equal, an hour and a half before closing time. They had me wait until almost closing time only to tell me that they only have a smaller vehicle. I just wish they did not tell me to wait and that there will be a vehicle for me before the closing time if hey weren’t sure. I’m really disappointed that they were not upfront with me and was not even apologetic about it.

Experience was not bad, but not the best either. I reserved a standard size vehicle and was upgraded to an SUV. I certainly appreciate that…except the SUV was very dirty. Back window was covered in mud and I could barely see through it. Why was the vehicle not cleaned before rented out? Also, the vehicle had a problem with one of the tires. The tire pressure light was on and the the vehicle was not receiving any pressure info from the sensor. Why rent out a vehicle in this condition? Also, one of the wheels was making a sound while driving.It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it appears Enterprise doesn’t care about cleanliness of their vehicles, or the safety and mechanical condition of the vehicles. It just doesn’t make sense to me to have a vehicle for rent that has these issues.The service I received on the other hand was excellent. The gentleman I dealt with greeted me promptly, was friendly and very professional. He quickly got my reservation pulled up and got me in a vehicle.

I have never had such a beautiful, smooth experience. My first contact was with Anthony who was very polite, thorough and personable. I also had a call from Frank when I thought my car was going to be ready, informing me of how to go about returning my loaner, and if after closing, leaving keys in a dropbox. Your stuff seems to work as a team, and everyone seems very polite and welcoming. Today upon returning my car, I got to meet CC. I’M ONLY PUTTING THE ABBREVIATION, BECAUSE I DON’T KNOW HOW TO SPELL it. WHAT A SMILE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH EVERYONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH. YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL AND WORK LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE. 5 STARS STRONG.

Great Service. But was told 6Pm on Sunday would be fine.But they charged me for another day. AFTER making arrangements before I even rented the car. I THINK THEY OWE ME A DAY. OR MY MONEY BACK FOR 1 DAY.

My latest experience was horrible, enough to never want to rent from this location or business again. They lied about calling me to tell me they didn’t have any cars. I made arrangements to get dropped off and left my own car at home. I needed a van to rent. They didn’t want to help me, they didn’t want to do their job to try and find another location that did have a car. They don’t have customer service here. They’re just there for a check and they don’t care about the people who are giving them the service that pays that check. I ended up having to Uber myself to a different location after insisting that they do their job. It was a terrible experience being treated with no regard, they really should be ashamed of themselves. They have no idea what hardships people may be going through or the circumstance that lead them to rent a car. Please avoid.

Great branch manager, she is lovely, got me in out with a cool Nissan Kicks in less than 2 minutes. Enterprise staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating.

What a great experience, they called the day before to make sure all was good. When i got there the car was ready, cleaned and Kassia and was wonderful and answered all my questions. All around was a A+.

Yep, absolutely fell victim to the Enterprise scam. Drove the car from here to New York. No damage, no accidents, and then return to claimed damage. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures before hand. Shame on me. They claim it "won't be that expensive". Manager claims she did the walk around, and "knows what to look for". Yeah. Stay far away.

Appallingly scammy and unprofessional. Informed me 10 minutes before I was confirmed to pick up a rental car to meet a client that they didn’t have the car or ANY cars. If you are thinking of renting here, understand that written confirmation of a rental means absolutely nothing. In addition to no cars, the guy I spoke with was completely unconcerned at the situation. He then put me on hold for twenty minutes and had left the office when I got through to someone else (who also didn’t care.) Avoid this location if you don’t want to be scammed!!!

The service rep was very nice but I showed up to rent my car at the time I booked and they didn’t have what I reserved and my choice was to sit and wait hoping someone would return something or take a smaller car. But overall the associates here were helpful and apologized and tried to do what they could.
