Bad customer service. I walked in to get a pair of sneakers that released today and the associate wouldn't allow me to try on pair of sneakers because they we're being held for another associate. This is the second time I've walked into this Finishline and had a weird interaction with an employee.

Thanks so much to Manager Rene and Associate Ishmel!! They quickly took my call. Set expectations (no holds). There was only one shoe left. When I got to the store. Everyone was practicing social distancing. There was a line but the Associate at the door was instructing customers and tld to enjoy shopping. Customers were getting in and out. No lingering. Help keep these young people safe while shopping. Great job Finish Line! @finishline

On Saturday, 10/17/2020 @ 12:57 PM, I went to return an item I bought online. Unworn item in an original package with a receipt within the allowed return period. The customer service rang the item and it showed him $30. Both items same price. He then looked at the other, fatter customer agent ( didn’t wear a badge) in his eyes as if they exchanged a common message and did somethings in the register to change the item price down to $20. What a shame!He then told me to chip in my card at which time I noticed that the original $60 that shows on the register to me was changed to $40. He urged me to chip in my card for a reduced return amount of $40. Literally cheating me $20. Without informing me anything! I am writing this review today because this is happening to me for the second time with the same customer agent (the fatter one on this day - by the way he doesn’t wear badge to tell his name) at finish line in Wheaton mall (Not Macy’s finishline). He is not welcoming customers who return an item.Please check your refund amount when shopping at this store and ask him to show you if he says that the item has ever dropped below your purchase amount after you bought it. Shame on Finishline at Wheaton mall!!

Would not recommend this store at all. The manager and the employees here are selling shoes out of the store. I tried to pick up my shoes and i missed my time window by 10 mins and they wouldn't let me buy them. I could see on the back corner that they put a sticky note on them for someone else. Before on all drops you had all day to pick so I don't know what changed. Resellers shouldn't be allowed to work in the stores.

Today I took my son to pickup the shoes he reserved. He was very excited about this new release telling me about it months prior to this. As we got there and showed the people the reservation, they told me I was 5 minutes too late and they had already sold the pair. I was a bit understanding at first since we were late but 5 in those 5 minutes they sold the pair that my son was supposed to get. We walked out the store and as we were headed to my car, some guy who had a similar experience to us told us that the manager had actually been taking the pairs for himself. This is absolutely unacceptable. My son has been waiting for MONTHS.

Very terrible staff and service going over here. A lot of staff take pairs for themselves instead of waiting for the deadline of raffle. Happened numerous of times with myself and colleges with this specific store.
