Have used this pharmacy several times as they have a drive thru pick up window. It’s always a looong wait, but today they initially refused to fill an antibiotic for my son because “we’re so busy” and they were telling everyone to come back on Monday??? No. Just NO. The pharmacist intervened and they got us the medication, but we have to come back in two days for the other we also need. Unbelievable.

Over Thanksgiving break CVS was short staffed. The manager took upon himself to substitute for each person who failed to show up for work. He was also working alone at the check out 2 days ago when I came in for my Covid Booster. This young man was beyond courteous and competent.Could CVS offer a bonus to staff working holidays?

I've had several awful experiences here. Most recently, they didn't order my medication, claimed they did, and I've been without medication for over a week now. The most frustrating part is I discussed the medication prior to requesting that it he filled, allowing them to order it well ahead of the time I would need it.

The Pharmacy is actually bad. The lady kept acting like a rat like girl be for real right no and spell my name right. Why she even got that job if she’s gonna misspell my name and not fix it to give me my medication. whatever it is what it is and she can go and actually learn to do her job so she can be useful and help people get their prescriptions. Honestly this isn’t the first time this happened the other times they misspelled name but we fixed it and give us our stuff.

One star because you can't give zero. This CVS is the most incompetent, slowest most disorganized CVS in the area which is pretty bad since they all suck most of the time. So, yes, one star because you can't give zero.I did find a worse CVS in Kill Devil Hills North Carolina. It was pretty much abandoned. A brand new Walgreens had opened up just across the street so no one went to the CVS anymore. The store was dirty, displays were half stocked and falling apart. No one worked in the store as far as you could tell. The automatic check out machines didn't work half the time. If you were lucky there was one person stocking stuff to the shelves or hiding out in the back. So this store is almost as bad as that one. I have been waiting in the drive through lane for over half and hour now to pick up a prescription. So if I could give zero stars I would.

COVID test appointment and Corey, drive drive thru window employee was extremely pleasant, polite and cordial. The process was seamless and he coached me throughout the process and so patient. He really decreased my anxiety.

Pharmacy is extremely poorly organized. Have tried multiple times to fulfill prescriptions here only to have mistakes made that were almost comical in ridiculousness (not having the medicine so sending us to another CVS only to have the new CVS say that the first CVS marked it as being fulfilled even after I had confirmed with the first CVS that there wouldn't be a problem going to the next CVS?, not getting prescriptions that are confirmed sent by the doctor's office, not marking the dirve-thru as broken so long waits to be told they couldn't help at the drive-thru, the list goes on and on....seriously comical if it wasn't soooooo incredibly frustrating.) Additionally, the pharmacy lines are always terribly long, so in addition to all the problems, you can have an additional 20+ minutes of your time wasted to find out there is a problem. Avoid.

They have no self checkout and no interest in staffing their checkout lines properly. The wait is interminable. Get it together, CVS.

This CVS sucks. I have been here multiple times because it's the closest CVS to where I lived. However, I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time to get a shot and they consistently called people who had appointments after me before they called me. The lines for the pharmacy are always longer and take at least a half hour to get through. The pharmacy staff are generally really friendly but some people have been really rude with no reason. The line for the check out counter is normally really slow because there is almost no one who works there. This is somewhere that would do much better with self-check out. I have tried to give this CVS the benefit of the doubt but honestly this is getting frustrating.
