“My driver's side door would not open fully. I took my car to Rathell and he took one look at the door and knew exactly what to do. He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. If I ever need body work, then I am definitely coming back to Rathell Motors Collision Repair. They are the kind of mechanics a girl needs!”

Update: Went back again for a second visit even though I had moved out of town. Dealership was going to take several days to repair and I just cannot be without my car. Eastwood fixed my car in 3 hours instead of days and I paid half what the dealership had quoted me. I would give 3000 stars if I could.”

“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”

Rental car onsite, and the front desk lady (first desk behind the front desk) was extremely helpful. I received updated every two days. “Had a great experience working with Yoon's Body Shop . I know that there is a popular perception that body shops are not great to work with. Either the work is not done right, takes too long, costs more than was expected, and the experience with the staff leave something to be desired. Totally the opposite with Peter and the staff at Yoon's.They carefully assessed the damage, went over the details, did all of the work with my insurance company, and then proactively reached out to me when they knew they were going to have delays. “My tire split on the Interstate and I had to leave my car overnight... after originally going to Total Tires in Dundalk , they wanted $100 for a tire for my 2004 Nissan Sentra... they referred me to Bayside and I took the split tire and rim to Bayside.. 310 Eastern Blvd , they sold and changed my tire for a total of $58.30 and the tire was practically new !!
