Stopped by to pick up an order. I didn't realize until I got home that I didn't receive two cases of water. I called the store to straighten things out. I was on hold for five minutes and then thrown back into the phone queue.
I just wanted to either get my water or my money. Now I'm actually upset.l, and this is all I can do because I can't get ub touch with member services or a manager.

Discriminatory and Unprofessional Treatment by Staff between the hour of 4-6pm on 5/24/2025.
Writing this review to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my recent visit to this store. I was singled out by staff and asked to present an ID solely because I did not have a physical membership card on hand. This request felt arbitrary and discriminatory, especially since the self-checkout system does not enforce the same policy.
What’s more troubling is that while I stood there, staff members conversed among themselves about me in a manner that was both unprofessional and demeaning. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also left me feeling targeted and humiliated.
To my knowledge, there is no clear policy in your membership agreement that states customers are required to present identification in the absence of a physical card. If this is indeed a regulation, then it should be clearly communicated to all customers and consistently enforced across all systems manual and automated.
I urge you to review your policies and ensure they are applied fairly and respectfully. No customer should feel racially profiled or spoken about inappropriately by the staff. I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent such behavior in the future.
PS: after reading other reviews, it seems like it happens more often than not.

Hannah in the bakery department is amazing. Customer service was exceptional. I let her know I had a baby at home and was hoping to order cupcakes either online or over the phone and she helped me out over the phone without hesitation. Thank you so much for your help 😊

BJ's is really good. They have great produce, a nice deli and a great meat section. They also have a wide variety of Frozen foods and dairy products. You can also place your order online, BJ's will pick your order for you and then deliver it to your car when you show up for your order. One of my problems with them is I sometimes place an order to pick up the next day at say 11:00 or 12:00. Oftentimes they will start picking the order at 6:00 in the morning when the bread has not yet been stocked on the shelves can I get a message that it's out of stock. However, there are times when I will go to pick up my order at 11:00 or 12:00 when they say it's out of bread and I will walk down to the bread aisle and the bread is there. It's nice that they shop for your items early, but sometimes early is too early. Still a good store for all the things I have mentioned above. Purchase tires there now trying to Tire rotation done waited on hold for over 15 minutes and then they disconnected me. Guess they don’t want to do their service.

It's a great place to get some good discounts on all sorts of products. They have a little bit of everything and a whole lot of many things. They've definitely evolved over the last decade or two and expanded into fresh food and vegetables as well as many other areas. Take a browse or get your exercise here for sure

Good place to buy house hold items in bulk such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and so on.

I went to make a return today never again I been a customer for years spend thousands and thousands of dollars in this business however customer service today was the worse.Lise had an attitude.she wouldn’t say hi and I said "hi" she was like you have a return? And was so mean and dry.

The store has a good selection of products, and the self-checkout counters are convenient with the handheld scanners. However the produce, especially vegetables, are poorly managed - it is very often to find withered, soggy, or even moldy vegetables like in the pictures. The plants also suffer a similar fate - it looks like no one water the plants after receiving them.

BJ's is our favorite place to shop. Between BJ's and Market basket, our pantries, cabinets, freezers, and fridges are always well stocked and our wallets are happy.
