Today i used the valet service Ira ford offered for my oil change. It was seamless. They picked up my car performed the service and then return the car with no issues. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend.

My first time at IRA ford was exceptional. From. Making the apoitment to picking up when finished. The dealership. Was great. I had Ryan as my service rep. Ryan from the minute he said good morning was very professional he explaind. everything to me that would be done and what my warranty covered. I asked him to check on my brakes that were making a screeching noise which I had had replaced at a different. Dealership. Ryan kept me in the loop and was awesome I will 100 % Recommend IRA ford. And when calling ask for Ryan. You can't go wrong

We brought our vehicle in for an oil change. The last two weeks we have had itchy eyes, sore throats and respiratory issues. I begged my husband to get a new cabin air filter, when he went to change it ours was missing. All these problems started on the way home from oil change, daily to current. Never again.

Bought a lightly used Chevrolet Silverado diesel from a Ford dealer haha. Price of the truck kept dropping over 2 months and I thought it was a great deal so I bought it, and buying process was awesome Great salesman. Unfortunately he retired that same week. The purchase included three oil changes for free. I was a little hesitant but very pleased when I went up there on a Saturday the last minute notice, they had room for me about an hour at from making the phone call. Service area is pristine. I asked about the oil that they used in the service gentleman said it was green colored or whatever, dexos d, they had to obtain it especially for my truck. He says they have to use what GM recommends in order to keep it under warranty. I was amazed. And according to the slip it was over $200 for this service. They checked many things on the truck not just a routine oil change. Again, amazed and very happy.
